Good but not worth the fame
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Value for money

Cons:

Compared to what sinclairs is known to be, the rooms didn't do justice. There wasn't any balcony in the room or any garden area within the property to roam and distance from the mall was too far. Breakfast was value for money but dinner costed us arpund 1200 for nothing but rice and vegetables which has no justification.

Hotel with an adequate Wi-Fi but insists on charging even when guests can't stay
Pros:

Room was quite clean and comfortable

Cons:

Wi-Fi failed meaning I couldn't stay there but they insisted on keeping the prepaid amount.

Pros:

Service was good, breakfast was good and surpassed our expectations. The room was spacious enough for two people. Would have appreciated taxi options for commutes, there was very limited availability.

Cons:

The hotel is situated at a slope so good conveyance would have been helpful to get up and down, it was a task to get around with luggage but overall not a bad experience.

Good food and Good staff

Cons:

Steep slope to access the property. Thereafter 40 + steps to reception and flight up to the room. No lifts in the property. Single Road access creates huge traffic jams

Staff, very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Location - is on top of a hill, so be ready to climb up and down. Unless you make arrangements with hotel staff for pickup.

Pros:

Loved the hotel ambience, the hospitality, the courteous staff & the heritage vibe. Clean rooms & good vibes.

Cons:

The property is situated at a very steep climb, they need to voluntarily offer cab service to the main road & they need to provide that information while checking in.
Also, the property doesn't have elevator service, which is a huge downside.

Cons:

They don't take care of client's safety..They don't provide proper things like proper almirah, hairdryer in washroom. Gushing water through the glass closed windows . Room was flooding after a hail srom which is very common at Darjeeling.
That id very very disappointing.
