Central location , great view !! We were upgraded due to my Bonvoy status . The breakfast at The One was the highlight with great service from the entire staff , special callout to Saloni who took special care of us and made us some awesome Madala Chai 😀 much to our liking . Would certainly visit again.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel before commencing our safaris in northern India. The hotel is modern and beautiful - and busy! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There was security for all vehicles entering the parking area and also for each guest entering the hotel. The food was fine. My 'complaint' is that there is no quiet area to go for a drink and conversation with friends. There are several bars in the hotel, but they were all dark and noisy. Three of us wanted to have a quiet drink and conversation about our upcoming trip - we went into each of the open bars - and were finally told by a staff member to go to the top floor - which we did - and 30 minutes later, we were finally able to sit down in a lounge area with a nice view- but we had to beg for service - and the staff were quite reluctant to serve us. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to ask if we wanted a second drink. It was very disappointing from an otherwise nice hotel.

Cafe is nice! I would recommend Masala tea. And Tanisha is very helpful.

I’m a regular at LM Delhi and always enjoy the experience. The service is consistently excellent, especially from Salomi and Riya (hostess), who are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome and looked after.

I’ve stayed at Le Méridien New Delhi many times over the past 3 years, and every single visit reminds me why this is truly one of the best hotels in Delhi. The hospitality here is exceptional and consistently makes me feel at home every time I return.

A special thank you to the front security staff — Sunil bhai and Shivkumar bhai. From the moment I arrive, they always welcome me with warmth, open the car door, greet me with genuine respect, and make me feel like royalty. Their energy and professionalism set the tone for the entire experience.

The restaurant staff are equally outstanding. Abhishek, Tarun, and Kartik always go above and beyond with their kindness and hospitality. They constantly make sure I’m comfortable, well taken care of, and enjoying my meals. Their service is truly superior and comes from the heart.

I also want to recognize Anurag, Trilok, Love Kumar, and Gaurav for always being welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stays. Saiyed from the front desk is another amazing person — extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Honestly, everyone at this hotel provides incredible service. That’s the reason why whenever I’m in Delhi, this is always my first choice. The warmth, consistency, and hospitality of the staff make this place feel like a second home.

I had a wonderful experience at Le Méridien New Delhi. The service provided by the front desk Manager Mr. Vaibhav was truly exceptional. He was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a warm smile, making my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

I would also like to appreciate the luggage team members — Kripa Jha, Vimal Kumar, and Malasi — for their prompt support, helpful attitude, and excellent hospitality. Their dedication and teamwork made the arrival and departure experience smooth and hassle-free.

We liked security, the staff was fantastic and very helpful. Three restaurants with very good food. We could also book excursions and car with driver in the hotel.
