O locatie deosebita! Personal extrem de amabil, parcare subterana securizata, decor si ambient exceptional - specific zonei, servicii de calitate si plusul major - PISCINA infinity cu vedere la munte! Panorama oferita de la aceasta este mirifica! Mai mult, faptul ca este incalzita , creeaza un cadru perfect pt relaxare dupa o zii plina de activitati montane, indiferent de anotimp! Aici, relaxarea se petrece in tihna, neavand un timp limitat alocat sau nevoie de programare in avans pt a te bucura pe deplin de aceasta facilitate. Cina tip barbeque a fost perfecta, potrivita cu cadrul montan, micul dejun de asemenea, la cele mai inalte standarde.
Recunosc ca in aceste conditii pretul ridicat este justificat pe deplin! Camera tip apartament cu 2 balcoane, foarte spatioasa si curata.

Da wir am Anreisetag kurz vorher in München geheiratet hatten( auch ein paar Tage vorher mitgeteilt hatten) hätten wir uns bei dem Preis mehr als ein wenig Obst auf dem Zimmer gewünscht.

Great Location and Overall Experience, with a Few Caveats
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The decor throughout the property is amazing, and the spa and pool area are truly outstanding. The restaurant food was excellent, with great quality and presentation, although we would have appreciated more protein-rich options on the menu.

The ski room is modern, fresh, and very well equipped, making ski storage and preparation extremely convenient. The location is simply the best in the area and was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily return.

Cons:

There were a few disappointing aspects to our stay. The room had no door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, and the shower was fully visible from the bed. This unusual layout was not mentioned during booking.

The towel warmer was not working, and despite reporting it several times, the issue was not resolved. We were told it was due to the central heating being off for summer, although other guests said theirs worked. In a luxury sports hotel, a functioning towel warmer should be standard.

Finally, charging €3 for a bottle of tap water felt unnecessary and out of line with the overall guest experience.

Pros:

Naprosto skvělá lokalita přímo u lanovky na Hintertux, případně hned u nástupů na horské výstupy a pěší turistiku. Skvělé snídaně s velkým výběrem, několika chodová večeře na úrovni luxusních restaurací. Velmi ochotný a milý personál, a jako třešnička pak venkovní bazén ve 3. patře s výhledem na ledovec i do údolí. Určitě se sem vrátíme!

Simply wonderful
Pros:

We love staying here.
The owners and staff are delightful. The hotel is extremely comfortable., with beautiful bedrooms, wonderful dining and a gorgeous spa with a sky pool!
The position is perfect for the gondola or exploring on foot.
