時と客室空間が調和！しかも、最高のロケーション
Pros:

17階から広がる藻岩山等が広がり、とても開放感か！
ツインで尚且つソファーが座り心地よく、横になって朝まで寝て様いました！清潔感溢れる客室空間がとても良いお部屋でした！

Great breakfast with comfy beds and pillows
Pros:

Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Cons:

We returned to stay for a night a week later but we felt the room was not well ventilated with the centralized aircond not adjustable. They provided us a fan but we needed to clean the dust on the fan before using it.

スタッフの方の初期対応　受け答えの大切さを教育してください
Pros:

ホテルの送迎バスがあるのは役立った。
コンビニは近くに多くあった。

Cons:

チェックインした部屋に清掃確認のための画面が出したままだったので、部屋は清掃できてますかとかくにんすると大丈夫ですと一言言われました。
フロントの方に自分でOKボタンを押して画面を完了してください。と言われました。まずは不安にさせたことに対する一言があっても良かったのではと思いました。
着いた瞬間にこれでは、ホテル滞在が不安になりました。

良かった。
Pros:

朝食は品数がおおかった。
体調不良だっため、テイクアウト用の紙製のトレイあり、自室で食べられた。
室内が広くて、快適に過ごせた。

המלון ממוקם קרוב למרכז, מרחק הליכה 10 דקות, אנחנו שכרנו חדר גדול וזה היה מאד נוח עם המזוודות. המיטות נוחות. כל יום ניקו והחליפו מגבות. יש שאטל של המלון חינם למרכז העיר.

המקלחת לא נקייה כתמי עובש. החלון בחדר לא נפתח.
