Great service, felt like we were staying at a friends house ❤️
Pros:

Location was very easy access to all The Domain has to offer, the atmosphere was funky and fresh. Just like you expect in Austin Texas. The rooms were exactly what we needed. Nothing more, nothing less. The value was the best in down. Very clean everywhere we went in the building. Noise levels at night were higher than expected but there were ear plugs provided in the room. We didn’t use them it wasn’t that bad.
The customer service of the front desk was amazing. Mary was so helpful during the check in process and the whole team was so kind and friendly during our stay!
The hotel bar was super convenient being right in the lobby. We didn’t use any other amenities.

Simone is amazing!
Pros:

Simone was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She was always polite, kind, and patient when answering our questions. When we arrived at the hotel one night, we noticed there was still hair and trash left in the room. Simone responded quickly, was very attentive to the issue, and made sure it was resolved right away. Her professionalism and care really stood out, and we truly appreciated her help.

Fun! highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location! I can't say enough of great things about being here. walking distance to restaurants and shops. I loved it. The atmosphere was so much fun. The room was very clean. Thanks, Denia! great value! I highly recommend! Dog friendly!

It was acceptable
Pros:

Breakfast was not included with my booking. I did like the snacks for purchase idea.

Cons:

The decor was dark and depressing. Not enough light in the lobby or rooms. Room backed up to what looked like dumpsters and they were emptied at night and early in the morning which was very noisy

Great location, brick-like beds
Pros:

Pretty hotel, nice staff, nice bar, good location.

Cons:

The beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom door is a ridiculously heavy, extremely difficult to move, BARN DOOR. I hate the barn door, it sucked.
