I was overcharged for breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast and the fitness facilities (the gym and pool) were good.

Cons:

The hotel’s computer system wasn’t working properly as I had booked for three people for the complimentary breakfast to be included in our stay, but it came up on the screen as only one name submitted, so I had to pay extra for my wife and son’s breakfast that unnecessarily added to my hotel bill.

Adequate accommodations, a few tweaks needed
Pros:

Room was spacious, shower had excellent water pressure, front desk staff very friendly, the pub had excellent food, rooms cleaned daily

Cons:

Pillows were terrible, toilet was child-sized and very low to the ground, no desk with mirror to use as dressing table area, the lobby was large but not welcoming

Very comfortable stay overall.
Pros:

Friendly staff and clean room. Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

I had trouble finding the staff in the restaurant. Had to go around a couple times to find someone who can get me my order.

Cons:

I was told by reception during check in that I dont have breakfast included but I booked it will breakfast included, next day I paid for my breakfast and Asked other receptionist they said I have it included so she apologiesed and when I extented my stay she gave me voucher for breakfast. But did not got these confusions why at first i was denied

The location was perfect for our stay. Overall we had a very good experience.
Pros:

We thought the breakfasts were excellent! Lots of variety of choices. Loved the waffle maker. We especially liked the fact that we were using real plates and cutlery. Most hotels use paper plates and plastic cutlery. We appreciated being treated as a guest.

Cons:

The TV channel choices were poor. You could have had some streaming like YouTube and Netflix for example.
The quality of the toilet paper was poor.

Very nice and clean hotel
Pros:

The room is huge with 2 big beds . All space is clean and well maintained . The staff is very friendly and helpful . We had a very nice and enjoyable stay .

overall stay was good
Pros:

overall good breakfast, slow in service though, but coffee was good, food was good, pricing was fair. Limited items available, kind of deter from having breakfast every day at same location.

Cons:

The bed mattress was too soft, hard to sit on the edge when you get up. coffee station does not have enough coffee/condoments to serve 2 persons.
the television is limited to regular tv channels. Parking was a bit of challenge later in the evening.

Overall I liked it, I will visit again in October if BREAKFAST IS FREE.
Pros:

It was good but I had to struggle to ask for free breakfast because receptionist said its not included however, when I booked it showed me that breakfast is included. I had to fight for breakfast coupon.
As far as breakfast is concerned it was good, there was variety of food and every thing was fresh and hot. The staff was very active and helpful.

Cons:

Tv was not working, I don't know if it was due to wifi or remote was broken.
