The location made it easy to navigate within the city of Edmonton as we made it to a number of events.
We did not find anything negative about the property!
The room was very spacious and we enjoyed using the whirlpool tub in our room.
The pillows were some of the best we’ve ever had in a 4 star hotel, and combined with the comfortable bed the sleeping arrangements definitely exceeded our expectations.
We were on the 7th (top) floor in the king whirlpool suite, and it was very quiet all the time we were in the room, not to mention windows on two walls and great views to the east and of downtown to the north.
The pool, gym and change rooms were great, and the steam room was awesome. Not many hotels have steam rooms anymore. I might stay here again just for the steam room.
The room thermostat was responsive and kept the room at the desired temperature.
The bathroom was quite small and the toilet seat was very small and low. Upgrading to an elongated toilet and seat would be a very big improvement, even without any other bathroom upgrades.

It was an Ok stay nothing special. Front desk were friendly.
$14 charged for the breakfast is not worth it very little options in my opinion.
The air-con we have keeps on turning on and off I don't know if it has something to do with the energy save Tried to call front desk but we're just tired.. Also some of the staff from the Event Beksbattalion was kinda rude and doesn't talk in english in front of the customer made me uncomfortable and giving me look.

People walking on hallways are screaming, you can hear everything inside your room. Very poor walling, we couldnt sleep properly as we hear everything like opening doors, knocking, people talking. Very poor comstruction. I will never book again and please if you need a rest, not this hotel.
Staffs tried to be nice, yes they may seem. BUT i messaged them a week before our checkin to request a change date, app says they take 24 hours to respond but nobody responded. They responded to my message in the app AFTER we checkout. Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend

We liked the location for what we needed to be in Edmonton for. Price was decent. Liked that the gym facilities were open 24hrs. It was quiet and very comfortable bed. Slept great!
I’m always looking to score a deal. For me, having breakfast included would have made me rate this a 10. $14 for a continental breakfast seems high. We did not eat at the hotel.
Location, friendly staff, gave us a complimentary extra hour for late checkout.
Only cable TV offered and no smart TV or internet options. I asked for anything special to be added to the room as it was a special stay with my daughter and nothing was done. It would have been nice to have been able to rent a movie or something and this wasn’t an option. There were no garbage bag liners in the garbage bins which I found gross. Minimal towels were provided - 2 large towels and 2 small. The traffic was extremely loud and we were on the same floor as a sports team (or some other group with young boys) and the noise in the hallways late at night was very frustrating (they also played the game where they knock on the door and run away). Neither my daughter or I were able to get a decent sleep. I was not expecting a complimentary breakfast but given the cost and what was provided, I don’t feel it was good value for money. Overall, would not recommend.
