Not a good Hotel to stay
Pros:

Despite the disappointing accommodation, I would like to acknowledge that the massage and spa services were excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and provided a relaxing experience. It was one of the few positive aspects of my stay and reflected a much higher standard of service than the condition of the hotel itself.

Cons:

The room was in a very poor condition and appeared old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The toilet seat was damaged, the bathroom door was almost falling apart, and the overall cleanliness and appearance were well below an acceptable standard. The paint was faded and peeling in places, giving the room a neglected feel. In addition, parts of the lighting system were not working properly, making the room even less comfortable.

Pros:

Hotel was clean and comfortable, reception and other staff were competent. Catering staff and dining staff were shocking and food was terrible and over priced for the standard of facility. No wonder such large dinning facility was always empty.

Cons:

Comfortable beds and polite staff, let down by poor air conditioning and mediocre food
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the staff were polite and nice.

Cons:

The bathroom is very old and tired with the shower being in the bath tub. The extractor fan was extremely noise and stopped working. The air conditioning barely worked, to the extent that even through the night it had to be on maximum speed to have any noticeable effect and this was noisy enough to be annoying, but running at anything other than maximum made the room unbearably hot.
High temperatures are to be expected in Thailand of course, but if air conditioning is a feature I expect it to be capable of cooling the room to some comfortable level.
The large restaurant was empty except for one other table, the food was priced high but was of poor quality overall, not terrible but certainly not what I'd expect for the price.

Pros:

Nice spacious room in a good location , wide breakfast selection . Great value for money

Cons:

Facilities, particularly the bathroom was quite dated, could do with a revamp but clean and functional nevertheless
