Alles OK bei
Spacious and comfortable room, good shower, AC was nice and cool! Rooftop pool was a great bonus for this property! The location, if you want to be amidst the action of Khaosan Rd. and easy travel distance to the river ferries to get to Wat Arun and Reclining Buddha, was unbeatable.
If you have a hard time sleeping with noise (from the bars below on the street) bring earplugs or stay in a quieter neighborhood. The windows are not soundproof! Also, sometimes we could smell cannabis in our room coming from the vents. There are pot shops everywhere and some in the same building in the basement that allow smoking.

Basement bar is well run and has great bands.
We left to take a trip to Cambodia and booked for 3 days later but they wouldn't clean our laundry in-between because we weren't residents for the 3 days.
Instead our laundry has to stay in our bag at hotel till we return.
I can't see why they couldn't take a payment in advance for laundry and put it with our bags ready for collection.
Het zwembad op het dak. Tip: als je uitgecheckt bent en je hebt 's avonds een nachtbus/ trein, kun je hier voor 200 baht de hele dag vertoeven. Krijg je nog een gratis drankje en handdoeken bij( dus geen natte handdoek in de tas).

Pese a estar ubicado en una calle de mucho ruido, dentro de la habitacion no se escuchaba apenas nada
Al llegar habia un cartel que decia que de 11am a 1pm harian obras, pero fue MENTIRA
A las 9am ya estaban con taladros, sierras electricas y martillazos….imposible dormir ahi dentro
La posizione, lo staff e il dettaglio della bottiglietta d'acqua.
Le finestre dovrebbero essere insonorizzate visto la posizione, è impossibile dormire con tutto quel baccano, almeno dovrebbero provvedere a farlo.
I cuscini dovrebbero lavargli e rifornire il dispenser dei saponi.
La bella piscina se la chiudessero alle 22:00 sarebbe più utile, dopo una giornata intensa fuori.

Very nice hotel rooms, cleaned daily, pleasant atmosphere, pool is also nice.
You will hear everything from the non stop partying of the nearby bars and clubs until 3am. If you are ok with that then that’s the place for you, but if you want to sleep at night, then avoid.

Great location on Khaosan Road. Irish bar in the same building for nice drinks overlooking live music, and a great pool. First visited in 2019 and came back this year in 2026 - great both times
