Cool place near the center
Pros:

Air conditioning works perfectly, room was cleaned, and sheets changed every day, same as complimentary water.
Location is very close to the center of town, + food market which starts from 06:00 in 10min walk.

Cons:

One small thing - the water in the shower is lukewarm at best, for those who like a hot shower, that would be a minus.
Or it was only our suite, I did not complain about that.

Ich war bereits das dritte Mal in dem Hotel. Alles bestens.

Cons:

Das die Klimaanlage total auf das Bett gerichtet war. Nachts ist der Strom ausgefallen und es war eine Bullen Hitze im Hotelzimmer. Dazu kann das Hotel nichts, dennoch war es nicht schön. Die Betten könnten erneuert werden. Recht durchgelegene Matratzen.

Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Nina, poy, and Tiger were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything I needed. They made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
What I liked most about the hotel was the amazing staff. Even the tuk-tuk driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel was also clean, and everything was well organized.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff made the experience even better, and I would definitely be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

The only small downside is that the hotel is a little far from the main road. However, this was not a big problem because the hotel provides a free tuk-tuk shuttle service, which is very convenient.

بصراحة سكنت في الفندق طلع الفندق كلش موقعة تعبان وسلوب الموظفين خرى مع العرب ومايصلح حق العوائل كلش للاسف انه مشيت على الكومنتات الي مكتوبه في موقع الفندق وفوق هذا كله اسلوب المدير مال الفندق خرا مع العرب ومايحترم العرب صارت معاه مشكله ضاعت بطاقه الغرفه مالتنا وقال لنه ماراح يرجع الجواز مال زوجي اله يوم ندفع له 2000 بات مال البطاقه الغرفه حتي يوم وصلنه الفندق ماعندهم شي اسمه ترولي حق يشلون الشنط للغرفة احنه بروحنا شلينه الشنط من السيارة وديناهم غرفنه مانصلح اي عوائل عرب يسكنون في الفندق
