Old hotel but amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff are excellent! All really helpful and willing to accommodate requests as possible. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

The facilities are old and windows are not soundproof so you can hear the noise of the highway most of the day. I got a room with a really old shower courtain with mold, which I asked to change and they brought another old one from another room.

Almost everything else (negatives below) exceeded expectations. Big room, high floor, clean, good water pressure, good WiFi.

Cons:

Although we had a family of 4 and staying for 6 nights, I had to call to ask for 2 more towels every single day as housekeeping only replaced 2 towels every day even though they took away 4 used towels.

There is only 1 EV charger for guests for non-TESLA vehicles, and it was used by the same car every single day for 6 days. Considering I never saw the car leave the hotel, I wonder if it was a hotel employee or local staying somewhere nearby who was using it? In any case, I had to find other means of charging my rental EV even though I stayed 6 nights at the hotel. Also, aside from the 1st day, the hotel blocked off all the ground floor parking lots so we had to drive up (and down) 1 extra floor. I didn't see the ground floor lots being filled up on any of the days (I assumed they were blocked off for an event).

Hotel breakfast was very underwhelming.

The bed was soft

Cons:

The staff in the dining room expected guests to drop what they’re eating and leave as soon as 10 o’clock came around. Going as far as to stand there and watch you eat telling you to hurry up the whole time. When I asked for 1min Gigi “a supervisor” argued with me and it was only 10:08am even after I asked her to”please leave me alone” 4-5 times she continued to argue that I was rude and need to finish eating and leave. Then proceeded to yell at me in Thai (which I did not understand) so I told her to the f&@$ off because I was really angry and embarrassed at the scene this woman was making. . This place is not good at all

Besonders das Frühstück

Cons:

Dass man für 4 Stunden länger also von 14 Uhr Check Out time bis 18 Uhr late Check Out den halben Zimmerpreis bezahlen mußte. Andere Hotels machen das für wiederkehrende Gäste gratis. Besonders, wenn diese auch noch mehrere Nächte geblieben sind.
