From the moment I checked into this Mega Hotel, there was no running water — from the night I arrived right through to my check-out the following morning. The hotel was aware of the water issue, yet made absolutely no effort to assist their guests. For instance, they did not even provide complimentary large bottles of water to affected guests — no effort whatsoever.
I went the entire night without a shower, managing only to wash my face using water from bottles I had to purchase myself. I was also forced to use public restrooms outside the hotel.
A truly dreadful experience — especially as a visitor to Miri.

Decent rooms at a central location
Pros:

Location was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Although there were 3 lifts, one was not in service. The toilet smelled bad when we checked in. Basement parking was dirty.
