Die imposante Lobby im beeindruckendem opulenten Stil.
Die zentrale Lage am Rande eines Parks.
Grosses weiträumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Während meines viertägigen Aufenthaltes fand im unmittelbar angrenzendem Park ein Live Konzert statt. Die Lärmemissionen, die jeden Abend bis Mitternacht anhielten, waren absolute unerträglich.
Die etwas in die Jahre gekommene abgewetzt wirkende Ausstattung. Deutliche Schimmelbildung im Bad.

No recomendable. Escasa relación precio-calidad
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado a pocos metros del Waterfront, es una zona segura. El apartamento era grande y muy cómodo, con una pequeña cocina como para hacer un té o café (no se puede ingresar comida ni cocinar)

Cons:

Se nota que el hotel ha tenido su esplendor en otra época; el hall de ingreso se percibe majestuoso, hay mucho mármol, granito y trabajo en madera pero, sin embargo, le falta mantenimiento. Se notaba que habían hecho arreglos, como por ejemplo en el baño, pero no habían calculado las alturas porque la bañera le había quedado a una altura que para entrar y salir se necesitaba un banquito :). El sillón del apartamento pedía a gritos que lo limpien, las alfombras (que en un momento habrán sido de calidad) estaban desgastadas y decoloridas y la parte de abajo de la cortina del baño estaba oscura por los restos de jabón; había que abrir la ducha con cuidado porque salía un chorro de agua por el costado que mojaba todo el baño.
No hay enchufes cerca de la cama para cargar el celu y lograr prender las luces fue bastante difícil porque se manejan desde un tablero (muy de los años 70); así todo, no logramos prender algunas luces. El wifi malísimo y el televisor no era smart, así que se podían ver solo los canales de cable.
Tiene una piscina linda, aunque pequeña; el agua muy limpia, pero los alrededores bastante descuidados. Ni hablar de la zona de juegos para niños en el piso 8; de terror! El lugar estaba sucio y arriba de los juegos pasaban cañerías que goteaban (ver fotos). Lo que sería el espacio para hacer actividad física (también piso 8) era una zona de desechos de materiales de construcción, maderas y chapas.
Las fotos del bufet que el hotel publica deben ser de algún evento porque no vimos nada de eso.

I am glad I only had to spend 1 night there.
Pros:

The only I liked about the hotel was the location. It was 800m from St. Joseph's Catholic Cathedral where I attended my late brother's wake and funeral mass.

Cons:

1. There was hardly any toiletries provided...only 1 small bottle of body wash.
2. The bath towels were old and frayed at the seams and sides. Also had some stains on it.
3. There was no foot rug when stepping out of the shower.
4. Only 2 pcs of bath towels were provided, no other towels.
5. The bedsheets also had stains on them.
6. The mattress was sunken at some parts of the bed.
7. The walls had stains on them.
8.The wood behind the doors were rotting.
9. The cover for the kettle was falling apart.
All this from a supposedly 5-star accomodation.
