Worst hospitality
Pros:

The owner was so rude and disrespected to older people.
Room was dirty with browny stains and torn towel.
It was truly a horrible stay for our family

Pros:

Tout ! L' emplacement à 100 mètres de la plage. Grande chambre, grand balcon. Très bien équipé.
Le personnel super génial et s'occupe de tout même du transport à l aéroport.

Good value despite over promising
Pros:

The hotel was OK, but what really annoyed us was the miss information on their web site and how the hotel is presented on Booking.con & Agoda.com.
It claims to be beach front.
It isn’t, it’s a 200m walk to the beach.
It claims they have a restaurant providing, amongst other things, a delicious breakfast,
They don’t have a restaurant.
They claim reception is 24/7,
For much of the day and night the reception is unattended.
They claim there is a mini mart on site
There isn’t.
A week in advance we requested a double room. When we arrived they claimed only a twin bedded room was available. Eventually the woman on reception helped redo e the issue but it should never have been an issue in the first place.
Overall the hotel offers good value for money, but there was no need to publish miss leading information

Pros:

gute lage- direkt am strand und gutes preis leistungsverhältnis :)

Cons:

das bad war nicht richtig sauber und wir mussten nach klopapier und einem wasserkocher fragen weil beides fehlte

Pros:

отличное расположение недалеко от пляжа, хорошие номера с ванной, рядом рынок со свежими фруктами напротив отеля остановка автобуса (по требованию) до хой ана и дананга, ежедневная уборка номера

Cons:

номера с окнами на улицу шумные (особенно раздражает гул от трансформатора и треск проводов), номера с видом на реку гораздо тише, но ночью по реке ходят достаточно шумные лодки
