Quirky and fun! The parking was easy and affordable. Wish we had more time to swim and gym but it was a quick trip to see the WNBA game.
Homeless guy sitting behind our car.
Todo muy bien atención. Sin ruidos
Sólo pregunten por cargos de seguridad depósito por cuarto más otro por incidencias como parking comidas del hotel te lo cargan y después te lo rebajan a considerar
It was clean kind of a hipster place, and the staff was amazing
It was clean. The property was taken care of and there was a big parking lot. No parking garage.
Easy to get around downtown Dallas. Lots of historical hotels within walking distance very clean rooms super accommodating.
Wish parking had more security
I got a ticket for using their parking even after giving them my license plate information like I was told a genuinely horrible hotel please avoid. They also charged me an extra fee that was never mentioned and had a broken toilet.
I got charged a $50 dollar fee that was not mentions and I got a ticket for using their parking a horrible hotel to stay at please avoid. The toilet also didn't work the entire stay and would constantly flush on its own
I always love the location!
Crazy but I don't like where the pool table was moved and I don't like the height of the pool table.
I can’t say that there was anything I liked about but the hair/body wash
Foul smell in the hallway
Water spilled to the restroom floor from the shower
Lighting in restroom and shower was horrible
Old equipment throughout the room such as tv/remote furniture etc
Le parking gratuit assez rare en centre ville!
La piscine est minuscule et les chambres auraient besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement
Stayed here for a conference and brought along my 20 and 16 year olds who met up with friends nearby. The location was absolutly perfect for exploring -- easy drive to Six Flags and Gas Monkey Garage, a quick walk to Pioneer Park, and about 15 minutes on foot to Dealey Plaza and The Giant Eye. Front desk staff were genuinely helpful and friendly. The rooms have massive windows that flood the space with light, and the heavy curtains block out the street glow at night. The warehouse aesthetic is really cool, with exposed brick and pipes giving it a very unique industrial character. One light switch controlled everything in the room which took some getting used to, and the frosted glass between the shower and bed area was a little unusual when multiple people were sharing the space. The coffee machine placement next to the sliding shower door was quirky but honestly kind of charming. Overall a great base for a Dallas trip with older kids.

Went for a conference but brought my 20 yr old and 16 yr old who visited friends; easy drive to Six Flags & Gas Monkey Garage -- quick walk across the street to Pioneer Park; about 15 minute walk to Dealey Plaza and The Giant Eye. Front desk was great, very helpful. Large windows let in tons of light, but thick shades kept out close-by street lights at night. Set up of the room was funky/quirky. We weren't thrilled with the frosted floor-to-ceiling glass between the shower and bed; it was just weird if someone was showering and others were in the room. There was only one light switch for the entire room that worked the overhead light, bathroom sink light and neon tube lights on the wall; it was either all on or none on. Coffee machine was literally beside the sliding shower door. Warehouse-feel was cool, with exposed brick and pipes. But there were areas of exposed nails, rebar and metal supports sticking out; probably not great if staying with small kids or people prone to falling.
Every thing was nice
All was good
