Our stay over all was really nice, the room was clean and comfortable
Pros:

The property is super modern and very nice and organized

Cons:

Breakfast was included but only a certain amount
After that amount you did have to pay

We would not stay there unless hotel officially renounces the policy of spraying the air with artificial smell.
Pros:

Bed, towels, people.

Cons:

They release an artificial smell throughout the property which almost made me puke. It was horrific. When I rang the reception and asked to switch it off they said they don’t do anything on purpose but they will talk to relevant department… few mins after smell disappeared 100% and didn’t return until we left the property in the morning. Staff is lovely. Clearly ruling management is horrific as they make staff to turn on this crazy smell.
Not the cleanest property either. Also old.

Excellent value only 5 minutes from Maine Street!
Pros:

I liked the style: minimalist industrial (it's a former clothing factory) but still feeling welcoming and even cozy. The room design is practical and it has all I wished for: good size desk, comfy bed including a down pillow (besides others), good walk in shower. The room was also big enough so I could comfortably spread out my yoga mat for my morning excercise.

Pros:

Very spacious rooms and very interesting rooms really loved it we asked for a room with two beds and a sofa bed but were out and they brought a rolled in bed
We had the NW corner room it was huge compared to other hotel rooms

Cons:

Didn’t like that breakfast was not included

Pros:

Quirky and fun! The parking was easy and affordable. Wish we had more time to swim and gym but it was a quick trip to see the WNBA game.

It was clean. The property was taken care of and there was a big parking lot. No parking garage.

Easy to get around downtown Dallas. Lots of historical hotels within walking distance very clean rooms super accommodating.
