Front Desk Supervisor Experience
Pros:

The location was perfect for anywhere you want to go downtown was an 8-10 minutes Uber ride. It was too hot to just walk for me anyways. First time in Dallas and I wasn't use to the heat. LOL The FIFA was in town for a few days there but there wasn't any noise level issues. I arrived before the scheduled check-in and found the front desk supervisor Jermaine/Germaine unsure of the spelling handling several guests by himself with ease. What could've been overwhelming for others, Jermaine made it look easy. Prior to my arrival, I received a message that my request for early check-in wasn't possible. Jermaine made it possible and got the best room it seems to me. I was ecstatic. He made the impossible possible. I received snacks and breakfast from Jermaine. The room was spotless, the elevator wasn't a long wait time with so many guests in town for FIFA. I pleasantly enjoyed my stay here.

Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La ubicación es muy buena. Hotel limpio. Gimnasio adecuado. Estuvimos durante los partidos de Argentina en la copa del mundo y todos los servicios estuvieron bien.

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza es día por medio. No ofrece desayuno incluido.

Good stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Overall, I liked the hotel. It is centrally located and has a great location. The room was modernly furnished and clean. We even received a complimentary small bottle of still water, a service that I noticed is quite rare in America. The barman was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't quite like the ceiling and the unfinished parts of the walls where the concrete was visible. I understand this was an intentional industrial style, but it is not really to my taste.
