Generally a pleasant visit.
Pros:

Is near to the Ipoh Tuft Club, not far also going out to different tourist attractions or local eateries.
Hotel is refurbished. Waken up by their coffee smell.
Nice view to the tuft club.
Basic amenities all are available and working.

Cons:

Need to improve abit more on the cleanliness
Visible dust on the headboard. Stain on curtain, chair, window glasses and bathroom door.

Still okay but can have great improvements
Pros:

I think the front counter is very good, i ask for some restaurants and they provided me with one of the best choices. The Room is big and cozy.

Cons:

The swimming pool is bad location. Maybe there should be some place private for the hotel guest as the hotel has too many students and locals who are using the gym. Also theres nothing much to do around. like no mart or vending machines.

Shabby!
Pros:

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.
Location was not ideal but fair.

Cons:

The swimming pool was tiny and away from the hotel.
The gym is outsourced to a private operator and though accessible was crowded!
The hotel lobby is infested with flies.
My room was not cleaned, on my second night!
No complimentary gifts, no welcome drink offered. No hand towels in the room.
How can this be a 4 star hotel?
