Not a good choice
Pros:

The room is spacious

Cons:

Hand drying towel is only provided upon request. No hair conditioner provided. Dust is found on the desk. Drinking glasses are not clean enough.

Comfy bed but that's about all

Cons:

I said that I booked this hotel because I was celebrating my birthday. Unfriendly staff, not even a happy birthday. No information offered when I checked in on breakfast etc. No hand towels or conditioner in bathroom. Location was out of town. Breakfast ok but slow to fill up food, spoons etc

Cons:

Staff and extremely poor organisation. We had arrived at 4pm, to be asked to wait for 30mins as our room was not ready. We didn’t get our room until past 5pm and that was after I had complained.

Except for the absence of lift service to basement parking, the rest of the hotel are extremely good
Pros:

The breakfast & the water dispenser close to my room

Cons:

As a warga emas, climbing up & down the steep two flights of stairs from & to the basement parking is definitely not fun & potentially dangerous too.
