Would definitely love to return here
Pros:

What an experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As the resorts listing describes, there is no electricity supply in the rooms so ditch your phone for a few days and decompress in this wonderful setting. (You can charge your devices and get WiFi in the lobby restaurant area). The swimming platform was brilliant. You jump in and the river takes you back to your room! The whole family loved it. Food is a set menu and was good and wholesome so come with an open mind and try something new you may not have had before.

Cons:

No electricity in the rooms means no AC and No fan. It was seriously hot at night.

A true nature retreat
Pros:

So beautiful and a real nature retreat! The staff are so pleasant and the place is very relaxing! Everything was so clean and there were not very many bugs given the fact we were in the middle of the jungle. The staff light oil candles at night and the place feels magical. You can jump in the river on one end of the resort and float to the other end. The staff are all Mon people so you get to learn about their culture and if you’re lucky you can watch a traditional Mon dance at night! Special shout out to Sam, his hospitality is unmatched!

Pros:

The location and friendly staff

Cons:

We have been here 30 years ago. And I understand they want to keep it basic but some maintenance and some improvements like mosquito screens. Also the sideboard of my bed was almost falling off and the amount of dust between bed and mattress.
All this doesn’t seem correct for the room rate.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu unique !
Pros:

le lieu magique perdu au milieu de la jingle, seulement accessible en bateau. C'est une déconnexion totale
les bungalows écologiques très charmants.
le fait de pouvoir sauter dans la rivière kwai et se laisser porter par le courant (avec les gilets bien sûr) dans cet environnement exceptionnel. sans électricité, sans wifi... juste l'essentiel... une vraie expérience nature et aventure à vivre !
la rencontre avec le peuple Mom qui travaille dans cet établissement, c'était enrichissant

Cons:

petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner. si vous préférez les petits dej classiques sucrés, le choix est assez restreint.

Amazing experience rooms by the river, great selection of in-house local menu.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious with a tranquil view right on the river.
Booked it either room service breakfast included.

Cons:

As the rooms are built on top of raft, each time a speed boat pass by you could feel the waves like you’re sailing

Pros:

De ligging is echt fantastisch. Een absolute ervaring om midden in de jungle te vertoeven - afgesloten van de "moderne" wereld.

Cons:

Een absoluut minimum aan licht (zonne-energie) zou handig zijn. 's nachts is het écht volledig donker. Je weet dit natuurlijk op voorhand en je past jezelf aan.
