Mehr als dürftig und dementsprechend total überteuert !!!

Das Personal ( nicht der Manager ) war sehr freundlich .

Cons:

Die Zimmer lagen an einem Hang und waren nur aufwendig zu erreichen , dazu waren die Zimmer mehr als kläglich eingerichtet , nicht mal ein Tisch an den man sich mit seinem Laptop setzen konnte war vorhanden . Achso Laptop , dieser war sowieso kaum einmal zu nutzen , da das angepriesene Highspeed Internet so langsam oder teilweise garnicht vorhanden war . Um die sogenannten Villen in denen wir wohnten lag nur Dreck und Bauschutt wie auch längs des Weges zu diesen . Das Frühstück ist mehr als einfach und nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl , ich hatte 17 Tage nur getoastetes Brot mit Ei Und ein wenig Lachs . Das Resort selber liegt zwar vom Anblick gut gelegen , jedoch zur sogenannten High Season ( so sagte es der Preis aus ) war tagsüber ständig Ebbe und der Strand ( öffentlicher Strand ) an den Wochenenden sehr voll . Direkt vor dem Resort nur steiniger Boden im Wasser , besser man geht ca 60 bis 70 Meter zu Nachbarresort um dort auf Sandboden ins Wasser zu gelangen . Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde irgendwo im Resort ständig etwas erneuert oder repariert ( ausser der Internet Zuleitung ) und so waren immer irgendwo Lärm oder Absperrungen wahrzunehmen . Auf die Villen zurück zu kommen , einfache Bauqualität , sehr sehr schlechtes Finishing ( Türen öffnen und schliessen schlecht , Malerarbeiten schlecht ausgeführt , Fliesenarbeiten auf den Terrassen nicht gut , Im Badezimmer wurde nach Fertigstellung nie richtig Grundgereinigt und so war der Zementschleier noch auf den Fliesen . Alles in Allem , eine sehr sehr ungepflegte Anlage und teilweise sehr alt , für mich preislich total überzogen !!!! Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt recht enttäuschent und wir sind froh das es die Kinder nicht so wahrgenommen haben . Dazu kommt das die Anlage selber , etwas vom Schuss liegt und man für eine Auswahl guter Restaurants , ca. 20 Minuten fahren muss . Bei Check Out gewährte man uns 20 % Discount aufv die Restaurant Rechnung , der Witz ist nur das Hotelgäste sowieso 10 % bekommen

Tranquil stay right by the beach
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. We rented a scooter for a few days, used the massage parlour on the beach and had a meal at the beach restaurant. The pool was delightful, the cabin and shower comfortable. We had a great stay!

Cons:

The hotel is in the bend of a busy road. No noise from the road, but it was at times a little challenging trying to cross.

Nous avons séjourné au Crystal Bay Yacht Club à Koh Samui et, malheureusement, l'expérience globale s'est avérée très décevante. Si l'emplacement de l'hôtel offre indéniablement un panorama superbe, le reste de la prestation est loin d'être à la hauteur.

Points négatifs:
Les chambres :** La décoration est sobre, pour ne pas dire minimaliste. Surtout, évitez absolument les **"villas jardin" situées près du lobby** : elles sont tout simplement lugubres et misérables.
Un cadre peu privatif : La plage étant publique, le restaurant de l'hôtel est ouvert à tous les passants. Résultat : la clientèle de l'hôtel ne bénéficie d'aucune attention particulière ni d'un sentiment d'exclusivité.
Le personnel :L'accueil et le service manquent cruellement de chaleur et de professionnalisme. Le personnel n'est pas vraiment sympathique.
Insécurité et vol (Inadmissible) :Le point noir de notre séjour a été un **vol de 150 euros en liquide commis dans notre chambre par le personnel de ménage. L'argent se trouvait dans un portefeuille lui-même rangé dans un sac fermé, ce qui témoigne d'une intention de vol claire et préméditée. Face à cela, l'hôtel n'a absolument rien fait, nous renvoyant simplement vers la police locale.
En résumé :Un établissement qui ne vaut clairement pas le détour, malgré sa jolie vue. À fuir au vu du manque de sécurité et de considération pour les clients.

Pros:

Die Crystal Bay gehört sicher zu den schönsten Stränden der Insel. Das macht auch den Reiz dieses Hotels aus. Die Anlage selbst ist in Ordnung, unsere Beach Suite (frisch renoviert) war sehr schön und wir hatten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer.
Auch das Restaurant ist gut, wenn auch etwas teuer. Schöner Pool, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Einige Bereiche des Hotels müssen noch renoviert werden, da sie schon etwas abgenützt wirken. Die tägliche Reinigung könnte etwas gründlicher erfolgen.

Great location for a short beach stay on Koh Samui
Pros:

Location and scenery was nice. Good aircon. Breakfast was pretty good too

Cons:

Cold shower because could not get the hot water machine to work. Told Reception but no action was taken to fix it. Bed was too soft.

לנו בוילה על הים, היא עברה שיפוץ ונראת ממש נחמד. הארוחת בוקר עבורנו היתה נפלאה מפני שמזמינים במסעדה מנה לפי תפריט מי שאוהב בופה עלול להתאכזב. החדר על הים מול נוף מרהיב ולשם כך הגענו למלון. יתר החדרים פחות מפנקים מזכירים את תאילנד של פעם.
