Pros:

Everything nice, smooth checkin my request wanna 3rd floor also i get it. 2 indian ladies at the reception so nice and always with a great smile.

"I chose a city view room, but ended up being kept awake all night by the noise of passing cars and motorcycles. I've never experienced a hotel room with such poor soundproofing — especially for a hotel that's supposedly over 4 stars. I just wanted a good rest, but ended up paying for a terrible experience."
