Everything stay here long term on a regular basis. Ideal location on the beach super friendly staff Always there when needed. Will be back again.

Cons:

The way my booking was handled, due to whatever reasons Booking.com allowed me to double up on this booking so I ended up with 2 rooms same dates same costs!!! Tried to cancel one room and obtain refund, it didn't happen BUT fortunately the hotel put us in a suite which was first class service and avoided vain attempts to seek a refund for 1 room. Well done Mercure management. No comment here on other party. Will not be using them again I am reverting back TO DIY.

Decent stay overall, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Overall, the stay was acceptable.

Cons:

However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were quite a lot of hairs on the bedsheets, which gave the impression that the sheets had not been properly cleaned or changed before our arrival. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to housekeeping standards to ensure a better experience for future guests.
