nice pool overpriced drinks poor service
Pros:

decent buffet breakfast, nice pool, good view from ocean view room

Cons:

lack of service at the pool, service in general was below average it looks like a hotel that you can relax by the pool order a meal some drinks. This is not the case i had to walk to the bar from the pool order our food and beverages sometimes they where delivered and other times i had walk up to remind them multiply times.
Also bar prices where over double other places we stayed in malaysia on this trip.
Rooms are a little run down my power point was not fixed into the wall bathroom was small.

Really nice hotel, would recommend to stay but again not as nice as Mercure Langkawi!
Pros:

The location and their beach was nice. A bit far from Georgetown centre.

Cons:

The room and the facilities werent as nice as other Mercure hotels.

I just love all about this hotel sebab view i dapat cantik sangat! Love it! Thank you too all the staff and management for the complimentary honeymoon cake!! Love it!! The food dekat cafe pun sedap!!

Good hotel, will come back.
Pros:

It was convenient location . Not far to walk to good food court and other eateries. Nice beach front which was clean.. Very hospitable staff and service quick..
Room very clean and spacious. Nice toiletries. Comfortable beds.
Easy to get Grab to city and near by malls.

Cons:

A few things could be better.
TV instructions and channel guide would be useful.
Bathroom could be cleaner ( bits of black mould ) bathroom door needs to be seen to, paint peeling at bottom
and tired looking.
