Fully enjoyed our stay, apart from one rotten egg!

Property was good but unfortunately what let it all down was one particular staff member. I checked I’m with a guest (a Thai lady) she stayed with me for the full duration, the evening before I was due to checkout we asked at reception if my girlfriend could checkout around 12 (this was the normal hotel checkout time) as I had a car coming to pick me up to take me to the airport at 08:30. This guy spoke in Thai to my girlfriend, I could see my girlfriend looked a little uncomfortable, we got in the lift and I asked if there was a problem? She explained that he told her that if there was any damage to the room, she would be fully responsible and charged accordingly, asking if she could afford that? I was outraged that he lied to her and made her feel belittled! He knows that the room was booked using my debit card, therefore, any damage would be billed to my card. He clearly had an opinion of my girlfriend and didn’t want her staying at the hotel (albeit for a couple of hours) without me. This guys outdated attitude will make me look elsewhere for a hotel next time!

Location is brilliant .major shops literally 5 minutes walk.close to beach.close to bars without being noisy

Cons:

Check-in staff.not professional. Eg I didn't like My rooms outlook.was told there is only one other room empty in the hotel.the reality was mid week in the height of low season..my estimation by the numbers in the restaurant for breakfast would not have been more than 50% occupancy
