숙박은 다 좋았는데 조식이 조금 실망스러웠어요
빵위에 얹어서 먹을수 있는 슬라이스 치즈도 없었고 커피 내려마시는 방법이 익숙치 않아 불편했습니다. 오트우유도 있으먄 좋겠습니다.

An enjoyable stay adding to our memorable visit to Seoul.
Pros:

Clean and spacious areas. Easy access to Central Park, restaurants and local cafes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstnading service overall.

Pros:

В целом все было хорошо. Локация топ, рядом супаремаркет в ТРЦ, рестораны в отеле и рядом. Много магазинов, ну и Central Park напротив отеля через дорогу. Завтраки нормальные, выбор есть.

Cons:

Что у них нет четкого учета в системе. При заселении просили доплату за 3 человека, хотя я оплатил в букинге на 3-х, потом опять посмотрели и нашли, что показалось очень странным для 5-ти звездного отеля. Нам этом не все) когда пошли на завтрак, то с нас опять запросили оплату, хотя я бронировал и оплачивал с завтраком, потом снова разбирались на стойке, звонили куда-то и потом подтвердили, что да оплачено, что снова доставило неудобства и непонимание, то ли учета нет, то ли хотели с нас дополнительно снять деньги. Интересно они так только с нами, или это общая практика там?

Pros:

The rooms were a bit bigger and they overlooked Central Park.

Cons:

It wasn’t as clean in the bathroom as I thought for the star rating but it wasn’t bad either, just seemed aged.
