Pros:

Hotel staff were so incredibly friendly. They made us feel right at home from the second we checked in and always made us feel sprecisl and important. The hotel was so clean and perfect for a stay in the city. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and everything was very fresh. We were so close to all the big shopping markets, all within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Ho Chi Minh City! Thank you to the staff for being so kind and accommodating 🫶🏽

Central location for good food, drinks and the market

Cons:

Front desk supervisor said that I had no reservation, refused to acknowledge my confirmed reservation even though I tried to show it to him. Allowed me “stay” because I was with a tour that had booked a room for the following day. His attitude towards me was disrespectful and dismissive.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente situata in una posizione perfetta, camera piccola ma confortevole. Bagno ok. Colazione ok.

Cons:

Se la camera da sulla strada si sentono un pò di rumori ma la cosa è sopportabile. Avevamo prenotato due camere executive uguali ma ce ne hanno dato una di quel livello e una di un livello inferiore molto più piccola e anche con il bagno molto più piccola.
