I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was very accommodating.
The elevator did not work during my stay. Housekeeping should wipe the countertops and bathroom counters during their room fresh ups.
Not Much.... Location was good, Good AC system.
Recieved E-Mail the Morning of our stay about the elevators not working, and was unable to find alternate lodging that was anywhere near to the riverwalk. It exausted us each time we had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor as we are 60+. As well as the pillows were the worst pillows of any hotel stay we have ever been in. Half Pillows really?? Horrible rust around the handles and fixtures in the bathroom. As far as the Breakfast goes, I have had Tea that was stronger than the coffee that was served. Bacon was mushy and not good. As far as having to use the stairs as it goes it was very difficult with our bags and such. Overall we were not happy with our stay there. Due to the elevators not working during the hottest time of the year in a scense sorta ruined our stay there along with the other. As well as having to pay $90 for two nights of parking was really stiff. Overall not very happy as it was our 31st wedding anniversary. :-( Would appreciate some kind of reimbursment or something.

Location was convenient to River walk and Alamo. Lots to do and see within walking distance of hotel. Staff was very polite and Angel, the valet was very helpful.
One elevator was broke when we checked in. Our 1st morning when going down to breakfast the 2nd elevator broke down and we got stuck inside. So, no elevator the entire stay and we walked up & down 4 floors the entire stay! We kept being told, "it should be fixed tomorrow."

Older hotel that could use some renovations/ repairs but was functional for the night we stayed. Great location. Staff was very friendly - especially Adrian.
Adran was very helpful and attentive.
Adrien was a great valet, very courteous and respectful.
