Had a great experience while visiting. Hotel was clean and staff was super helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and the rooms have a great view, totally worth the price. Valet was great, the manager Alan made sure his staff took great care of my vehicle. Would stay there again.

Atmosphere and hotel was great! The valet was set up perfect too with being able to request the vehicle in advance and got me out on time. Loved the Valet parking info the rain, awesome room, great breakfast, enjoyed the late check out on the morning a tornado hit north of us.
Difficult to maneuver all our bags from valet to our room, glad we had help. Hard to navigate all the 1 way streets to find the hotel. The one place closest to us for dinner was closed, so more walking in the rain to find dinner. An on site restaurant would have been awesome.

Access to downtown in walking distance, breakfast was delicious and my kids enjoyed it. The breakfast guy was nice and accommodated us well. Staff in front was excellent.

Adrian has been wonderful in the valet. He is prompt and very personal. He exhibits what great customer is and needs to be recognized for it.
Angel helped out a lot and so did front desk and the lady who made an awesome breakfast. Perfect location to pretty much everything

Angel went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful.
It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but Angel definitely does. She made me feel welcomed and took great care of my vehicle. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made a difference in my stay.
