Amazing experience
Pros:

Everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The valets as well were amazing especially Alan and Mekhi. Thank you for everything!

Room was warm, Rip in carpet with carpet tacks sticking out, shower sprayed everywhere, no parking unless you valet.

nice place but they charge you for everything and no notice on the web site
Cons:

Valet parking--charged for because all other garages full-$45.00 a night-and than I get an ADDITIONAL CHARGE of$20 and $1,00 after I checked out with NO explaination on why???? no one seems to know??? keys were turned in and kitchen was clean?

Great service from Angel
Pros:

Pros:

Angel R was a great valet and went above and beyond, she even jogged to the car just to make sure she wasn't wasting our time. She pointed out somebody left their phone in the car and took it to the front desk and called us in our room. This employee deserves the absolute best you can give her.

Cons:

No hot water, loud and noisy late at night every night, car horns blowing until after 10:30 pm. Pool was so cold it was impossible to swim in.

Overall a 7/10 experience. The location and price can’t be beat.
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to everything downtown has to offer. Perfect walking distance from the mall, riverwalk, and the tower.

Cons:

I didn’t like the lack of information regarding parking. The staff made it seem the parking garage was connected but once I made a call to the garage staff, they stated they weren’t affiliated with the hotel. I wish the website made it more known that there wasn’t a parking garage to store my vehicle and rather had to opt in for valet parking which isn’t what I had originally intended.

If you need king sized beds this place doesn’t have them.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Fresh hot and a good selection.

Cons:

We booked 2 king suites and expected king sized beds as advertised but they are falsely advertising this. The beds are actually queen sized. The rooms are tiny and there was no hot water.

Absolute drizzling shit… would not recommend this hell hole… was told parking was $45, they charged me z$62… was charged $100 extra for my pet (not mentioned when I set reservation) …. Horrible

1/5 wouldn't reccomend valet
Pros:

I’ve dealt with difficult customer service before, but Dylan the valet took it to another level. From the moment I interacted with him, he was dismissive, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. Instead of helping resolve simple concerns professionally, he acted like customers were an inconvenience and spoke with a level of arrogance that was honestly shocking.

A manager sets the tone for the entire experience, and Dylan’s attitude created an environment that felt unwelcoming and tense. Basic courtesy seemed completely absent. There’s a huge difference between being busy and being outright unkind, and unfortunately he crossed that line repeatedly.

If customer service and professionalism matter to you, this was genuinely one of the worst valet experiences I’ve had.
I suggest using any other parking than valet. Otherwise however, the hotel was a great experience

Pros:

Angel.R was our Valet driver, she was full of information and energy and was very friendly.

The day we left she retrieved the car and also made sure my wife and I had two cold waters in the vehicle waiting for us. She's a tremendous asset to your business and we look forward to our next stay here.
