Cons:

No housekeeping while we stayed. When I asked specifically for it they told me they would while we were out for dinner. When we came back, still nothing. And I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak to me.

Het personeel was helaas erg onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam.
Pros:

Een proper en verzorgd businesshotel met een ruime overdekte parking. De parking is ook geschikt voor grotere SUV’s, zoals een GMC Yukon, wat voor ons een groot pluspunt was.

Cons:

Helaas viel de service van het personeel erg tegen. Zowel bij het inchecken als de volgende ochtend werden we zeer onvriendelijk behandeld. Het personeel was weinig behulpzaam en gaf ons niet het gevoel welkom te zijn.

Ook het ontbijt verliep niet vlot. Er was geen ontbijtbuffet, maar een à-la-cartesysteem. Bij het inchecken kregen we coupons, maar daarmee bleek niet alles van de ontbijtkaart te kunnen worden gekozen. Bovendien wist ook de bediening bij het ontbijt niet goed hoe het systeem met de coupons werkte. Dit zorgde voor onnodige verwarring en maakte de ontbijtervaring weinig aangenaam.

Perfectly beautiful
Pros:

When I first got there, I was greeted with a smile and whatever I needed whatever answers I asked were answered perfectly! And I must say the bed in my room 262 was so comfortable. I slept like a baby.
