It was a joke. No one ever asked if we wanted breakfast and when I asked for coffee I was informed where to find the carafe to fill my own cup. I was never asked if I wanted to order from the menu. WHICH I would've. We helped ourselves to the self serve breakfast which was terrible.
The staff that didn't even try to serve us. They made sure to bring the bill. I only ended up drinking a coffee. I wanted to get to my destination so I didn't even attempt to chase the wait staff down to take my order. They were all too busy chatting amongst themselves instead of doing their jobs. By far the worst experience at a Hilton in my life!
The view was beautiful
I had so much trouble with my door and got locked out. Luckily my sister was on the same floor so I went to her room until my door was fixed
Close to shopping
Traffic
Very well appointed. I stayed at Hilton hotel the week before. More expensive and not as many amenities. Easy access. Easy pet relief areas.
The door to the room is way too heavy.
Thr location, the cleanliness of the entrance and rooms. Friendliness of the staff!
The fact the coffee cups were small and no lids that fit
Hilton should be ashamed to have thier name on this property.
It would be easier to ask what I liked...NOTHING.
You should stay at the other Hilton property right next-door. This Hilton Garden charges $5 for parking Which is a complete money grab from the owner. It’s just a plain ole regular parking lot just like the one next-door that does not charge for that When I’ve complained about it in the past, they’ve waived the charge. Now they’re digging in and refusing. I know we’re talking about five bucks here. I learned many years ago that you don’t tick a customer off over a few bucks. Good riddance, Hilton Garden and I’ll make sure I tell all my business travel buddies as well.
NIce and clean
The bed was too low and I’m disabled so it was hard for me
Not great
