Typical Hampton, decent stay, safe and sound for the night.

Excellent location close to Wind Crest retirement home
Pros:

Disappointed because I always stay at a Hampton Inn!

Breakfast, indoor pool & location

Cons:

When cleaned the room did NOT clean the sink nor toilet
Left 1 of our dirty towels on the floor. I asked 3 times to fill the hand lotion to the front desk & never was filled. The main large overhead light was out mentioned to front desk but light had to be ordered. Breakfast great! The hotel was going through a renovation that we didn’t know about so only 1 elevator was working.

Not a bad stay but definitely not up to the standards of other Hampton Inn and Suites
Pros:

Good location. The night reception associate, James, was exceptional. He was efficient, friendly, offered great recommendations and was by far one of the best hotel staff we have encountered.

Cons:

For Hampton Inn standards the breakfast fell short of expectations. The counters in the breakfast area were dirty. There was a noticeable lack of staff in the dining room/ breakfast area. The food in the "hot" chaffing dish ( eggs, potatos and sausage links) were cold. We chose to skip breakfast the second morning.

The room was clean and comfortable but, for only staying two nights we ran out of body wash in the shower.
