Great location, especially if you’re traveling for a conference or event. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the convention center and the airport, making transportation easy and saving a lot of travel time.

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with my stay. I was shocked to receive a $15 charge for the two bottles of water that were placed in the room. I assumed they were complimentary, as is typically the case at many hotels, and there was nothing clearly communicated to me indicating otherwise. I only discovered the charge when I checked out and received the bill.

The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options and items available only here and there. In addition, I requested a blanket for the pullout sofa because there wasn’t one in the room, but I was told they had run out. Considering the hotel was aware that a large event was taking place, I would have expected them to prepare accordingly and ensure they had enough basic supplies for their guests.

Overall, this stay felt like a significant downgrade compared with other SpringHill Suites properties I have stayed at. The convenient location near the convention center and airport was a plus, but the lack of preparation, limited breakfast, and unexpected water charge took away from the overall experience.

Perfect rest break I needed.
Pros:

I think I lucked out and got a special low sensory room. The AC made a steady, constant sound instead of cutting on/off. The room was very quiet. The decor was calm, neutral. The lights were oddly dim to me but still very adequate. I had a view of the Skytrain, airplanes landing & the sky through a soundproof window. One night I watched a beautiful lightening storm in the distance. The breakfast was the best free bar I’ve had at a hotel. (I eat healthy).

Great find with very easy airport access.
Pros:

The access to the airport and car rental return was what attracted us. We had to catch an early plane, and wanted to return our car the night before. The hotel is next to the tram that takes you to the airport and car return. We were pleasantly surprised that the room was large and very comfortable. A true find for the price.

Very good place to stay near airport
Pros:

This hotel is on the airport train so only one stop from the domestic terminal. Free train and easy to get to. Suprisingly very quiet so near the airport. Big rooms. Good breakfast. Great place to stay for an early flight or if you get stuck in Atlanta

Pros:

The location to the airport and metro was great. The bathroom was split to have an ensuite with toilet and then a shower and sink in another room. That made it convenient.

Cons:

The hotel does not have a restaurant, so we went to the sports one across the street. It was okay but not great for someone who likes more vegetable options.

Great accommodation close to the airport.
Pros:

Despite being extremely busy, Ramona did an exceptional job booking many people in maintaining a great manner and providing exceptional customer service. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast offered plenty of choice. We got in late and were provided a late checkout which was very much appreciated.

Pros:

Just walk out of the hotel, cross the street and get on the monorail… and in 2 minutes you’re at the airport!!! The rooms are huge and can easily accommodate a family. Very modern and very clean.
