Pros:

スタッフの方達は皆、丁寧に素早く優しく対応してくださいました。（フロント、ロビースタッフ、駐車場スタッフ、サービスセンター）
新幹線利用者には、着いて直ぐに荷物を預けられ、また出発の時間まで預かってもらえるので、大変助かりました。

Cons:

雨天で傘を貸してもらえましたが、ベビーカーや車椅子での利用で新大阪駅からの通路に屋根があったらもっと良かった。
部屋のソファーとキャスターの椅子が一つずつしか無く、何かをする時1人は座って1人は立ってという状態でした。キャスターの椅子は、テレビを見ようとベッド側に置くともう1人が通れなくなったりソファーに座っている人の邪魔になるという感じで、使いづらかったです。

Pros:

Extremely convenient to Shin Osaka station near the McDonald's exit, but shielded by 4 buildings from track noise. Just walk same level as JR or Shinkansen entry for regional or one level down for metro to Osaka.

Cons:

For long stays you'll need to use laundry service or find a laundry mat

Great stay, friendly staff, good location, highly recommended.
Pros:

Close proximity to Shin-Osaka station, literally a 2 minute walk. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage.
The dining options within the station were endless and it was only a 15 minute ride to Dottonbori (Namba)

交通非常方便，去京都大概20分鐘以內就到了，早餐很好吃之外隔音很好，每天都打掃的很乾淨，房間算新，夜景很好，缺點是離心齋橋比較遠，但下次若是要去周邊城市+大阪的話會再住這
