綺麗で広くて、駅にも近いので、とっても最高でした!
The hotel's location is excellent, just a 1-minute walk from the Midosuji Line station. It is also incredibly convenient for travelers arriving via the JR Line or Shinkansen, with a direct station connector that makes moving luggage to the hotel effortless.
The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and organize our luggage during the stay.
The hospitality was outstanding, and we really appreciated having English-speaking staff available to assist us. I would especially like to thank one of the staff members, Tolmachi (based on the name tag), who went above and beyond to help after I misplaced my wallet during my trip. He patiently contacted multiple parties and even verified the situation with the police, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. His kindness and dedication truly made a stressful situation much easier.
Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful service. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
It location close to JR enable us to travel easily
Away from tourist spots/main city
The first staff member that greeted us and out our luggage in storage was great. He knew it was hot outside and we were going out, so when we asked ifnwe coukd get some water l, he gave us a bottle of water. After a long day of sight seeing we came back to the hotel and were visibly drained...we checked in and asked the desk service representative if we coukd get some water but were denied. Given how hot it was and seeing some physically drained customers, he coukd have helped with some water. When my son old him that his associate had given us a bottle of water earlier, the representative just said that it coukd have been exceptional service. Couldn't quite understand why he woukd say his associate provided exceptional service but he himself could not get us a bottle of water.

3 nights Courtyard Shin Osaka station. We stayed here previously and like the location for its proximity to the Shinkansen and other local train lines. Since we took day trips to Kyoto and Himeji/Kobe (to watch baseball), it was a convenient option. There's a lounge but there's no breakfast items (the buffet is in the first floor restaurant). It's complimentary for platinum/titanium + 1. Additional guest is $25. The lounge does have evening snacks and complimentary alcohol. Came back a bit later one night and ate a the Ramen Kiou at the Shin Osaka station and it was really good.
We also went to Kimura Laundry close by for our self service laundry.
