Strange bed allocation policy
Pros:

Close to water park

Cons:

We booked a room for 3 persons, two adults and one child, and got a booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, we were offered a room with only two beds.
When we asked where the third person is supposed to sleep, the answer was that we may get an additional bed for additional pay. This is ridiculous.

Gorąco polecam!
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa, sala zabaw oraz zewnętrzny plac zabaw dla najmłodszych a także zajęcia dodatkowe jak przemiła Pani Karolina z animacji oraz Pani z warsztatu malowania pocztówek. Przepyszne śniadania oraz możliwość zamówienia pysznego burgera z frytkami na kolacje!

Cons:

Za krótko! Następnym razem rezerwuje dłuższy pobyt.

Hotel Swing is a gem
Pros:

Hotel Swing is a gem. About 5 to 10 mins from Krakow old town and taxis are very reasonable. The man made beach next to the hotel is a wonderful bonus especially on sunny days. The splash zone is a great way to cool off. I would have liked a pool outside or inside the hotel because it doesnt have one. Reason being is because there is a huge water park next door which is great but sometimes you dont want to go to a water park and would prefer to swim in the hotel and not have to leave it. There is a huge shopping centre next door as well. Three floors of shopping on rainy days. The hotel itself is spotless and modern. Reception were friendly and helpful. The room we booked was a triple room but it was a twin with a camp bed and it was very small when they put the camp bed into it so on the 2nd day we paid extra and got a suite as we were staying for a week and the room was absolutely amazing. It was huge and had a separate living space. The breakfast was your standard continental breakfast which was perfectly fine. I would definitely stay in The Swing again but in a suite.

Na zdjęciach jest inaczej,a w rzeczywistości też inaczej na zdjęciach są zjeżdżalnie a okazało się że jest to osobny obiekt i dodatkowo płatny.Parking również płatny dodatkowo

Adding a preference request is a waiting of time considering the real amount and type of rooms shared by hotel
Pros:

I am leaving near by and it was the cheapest place at that time for my old dad visiting his granddaughter… that’s it

Cons:

food, cleaning, bed, air conditioning…. But the worst is the impolite stuff at reception, especially with foreigners…. Young people that work there I don’t know why… It seems like they're there to do you a favor… when in general “the client is always right”.

Krakau ist eine Reise wert und im Hotel Swing ist man gut untergebracht.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und die Auswahl gut.
Das Hotel liegt etwas entfernt vom Hotel, die Nahverkehrsanbindung zum Zentrum ist aber sehr gut.
Sehr gut ist, das es ein Spaßbad in direkter Nachbarschaft gibt.

Cons:

Das Personal am Tresen ist nicht sehr serviceorientiert. Ich hätte mir mehr Freundlichkeit gewünscht. Es gibt z.B. keinen gedruckten Stadtplan, keinen Fahrplan für den Nahverkehr.

séjour dans l'hotel dans un cadre plus tot agréable, alentour avec de nombreuses activités
Pros:

Le lit est très confortable, la chambre est agréable et le personnel est poli.

Cons:

le parking est payant ce qui pose problème lorsqu'on reste plusieurs jours ça chiffre vite.

Było dobrze.
Pros:

Bardzo uprzejmy oraz pomocny personel.

Cons:

Obiekt preferowany dla Rodzin z dziećmi jednak brakuje jakiejś większej sali zabaw, ta która jest, jest wielkości łazienki bez okna w dodatku więc żeby było czym oddychać trzeba otworzyć drzwi, poza tym za bardzo nie ma czym się tam pobawić.
Plac zabaw na zewnątrz tylko dodatkowo płatny.
