Very good proximity to Duomo and city attractions. Property was recommended by friends and did not disappoint. Felt more like a suite than a "room". Light fare for breakfast (available daily in lobby) was perfect. Room included good coffee maker and plenty of pods (request if you need additional).

My husband booked Maison Milano as part of a special trip to celebrate my birthday. Due to a medical accident that occurred during our stay in France, we were forced to cancel the remainder of our Italy itinerary, including our reservation here. We provided full medical documentation to the booking platform, Luxury Escapes.
Every other party involved — the other hotel on our itinerary and Luxury Escapes itself — reviewed the same documentation and responded with understanding and goodwill. Maison Milano alone refused to consider the force majeure circumstances, despite two rounds of communication including a direct email appeal.
What hurt most was not the financial outcome — we had only asked for a travel voucher, not a refund — but the complete absence of empathy. A special birthday is not a trip you rebook easily. A medical emergency is not a choice. Being told, in effect, that such requests are “too frequent” to merit individual consideration is a deeply disappointing way to treat guests who came to you in good faith.
Hospitality, at its core, is about how you make people feel — especially in difficult moments. On that measure, this hotel fell far short. The location is undeniably excellent as per clients reviews. The humanity was not.

Мы приехали всего на 2 дня нас быстро разместили хотя мы просили отдельные кровати в наличии номеров не было и нам предложили переехать на следующий день. И нас на завтра пересилили в junior suit с двумя отдельными комнатами. Очень комфортно было. Расположение идеальное для Милана.

My wife and I had a terrible experience at UNA Maison Milano and strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere (Maybe their sister properties?). Despite arriving late in the evening, at 9:00 PM, our room was not even remotely ready for a guest.

Upon walking in, we were met with a shocking scene:
• Zero Preparation: All the windows and doors were wide open to "air out" the room, which was freezing and clearly smelled.

• Bizarre Housekeeping: There was a dirty towel crumpled on the floor being used to prop the door open.

• Filthy Conditions: The carpets were stained like no other I’ve seen, and the entire space felt neglected and dirty.

It is baffling that a hotel would attempt to check a guest into a room in this condition, especially so late at night. It felt like they were trying to hide a smell or a major maintenance issue rather than providing a clean environment.

We refused to stay and were eventually moved to the UNA Hotel Cusani, which was a massive improvement. However, the stress of dealing with this at 10:00 PM at night truly created a big annoyance in a weekend trip. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this property until they undergo a serious management and cleaning overhaul. Everything you see on these negative reviews others put, is correct.

To ensure it’s added - the staff tries to be friendly and make up for it, they were really nice, but also know the state of the property. There was no surprise to the complaints, more embarrassment.

The location is perfect.
