Pros:

とても清潔で静かでした。
朝食もとても良く、朝食会場のスタッフさん達の気配りも最高でした。
チェックアウトが11時なのも、ゆっくりできて良かったです。

An excellent place to stay if you have plans in and around Tachikawa (western Tokyo)
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and willing to assist me despite the language barrier - and having my question pre-typed into Google Translate certainly helped to get the question across. Amazing breakfast buffet. Fast and reliable free Wi-Fi. Good location in Tachikawa (western Tokyo) with easy access down the road to Tachikawa Station so you can reach central Tokyo using a short train ride. The convenience store (konbini) downstairs (24/7) and the MEGA Don Quijote across the road (8 AM - 2 AM) and the BIC Camera tech store around the corner were extremely convenient.

Cons:

NOTE: This is not a complaint about the hotel, it is more to do with the consequences of my own choices. I wanted to keep the access card in a plastic pouch for safekeeping while I explored Tokyo. That was fine for accessing the hotel lobby and the elevator and also the room door, but I had to take the access card out of my pouch to insert it into the slot inside the door to keep the room powered. Other hotels with keypad entry systems, or where you only tap the card on the door but don't need to keep it in the slot to power the room, are more convenient in my opinion.

Pros:

Hotel location was perfect for my needs. Staff were very helpful, especially the person who helped check us in and brought up a shower chair that we would need. I appreciated having a 7-11 connected to the hotel and a Lawson very nearby.

Cons:

The room for two and bathroom were smaller than I expected. It was a challenge to maneuver the wheelchair into the room.

Pros:

the hotel location-proximity to the train station and cab/ taxi pick/drop off was reliably accessible the entrance was beautiful. I wasn't told about any amenities though I wish I would have been informed.

Cons:

the overall size of the room I stayed I did not have nearly enough space and the bed was not as comfortable. There should have been more pillows available. When I inspected the bathroom there was a body hair in-between the door seal and the floor.

ツインルームに友達と2人で宿泊しました。
部屋がコンパクトで無駄がなく、清潔感もあり良かったです。
2人で気持ちよく泊まれました。
朝食もちょうどいい規模で過不足なく全ておいしかったです。

I would recommend Hotel Emisia without hesitation. It scores very highly for me. Just loved it !!
Pros:

Breakfast was really good with plenty to suit all tastes. The location is optimal being a mere five minutes walk from Tachikawa Station and all local attractions. The hotel was spotless and modern, the staff were very kind and attentive.
It's a real gem.

Cons:

I could not find anything to dislike. I'm 6 foot 3 and slept really well in a comfortable bed.

Pros:

今回は　味スタでのライブ参加後の宿泊で利用しました
ホテルは立川駅に凄く近く　道には迷わずホテルに着けます

チェックインはフロント脇に端末があり　困らず手続きできました
少し手続きにつまっても　フロントの方よりサポートがあり　スムーズにできます
端末が苦手な方などは　対面チェックインもできますので安心です

チェックアウトも端末で案内通りにすれば　すぐに終わりました

ホテル内にセブンイレブンがテナントで　1階にあるので何かと助かります
ただ夜中は　ホテル内より直に行けない
時間があります
だけど　ホテルの入り口でたら　すぐ横にセブンに行けますので　困りません

あと　朝食付きの宿泊でした
和食と洋食がちょうどいい品数があり　大抵のかたは満足されるのではないでしょうか

今回の利用は　私たちはとても快適に過ごせました

またライブの際などで利用したいです
