Pros:

最寄り駅から近く、隣に小さいながらコンビニもあったため、とても利便性が高いと思いました。
東京駅から比較的近く、行きやすい場所でしたので、この時の旅程からするといい立地で程よい金額で宿泊ができて助かりました。

なんと言っても迷うことなく駅に近くて！日比谷線と有楽町線とどちらにも便利でした！

Cons:

夜中に！大声で話しながら通路を歩いてる方が多かったのでよく眠れなかった。

Os funcionários são mal educados e parecem que estão te fazendo um favor, totalmente com má vontade de atender ou dar qualquer informação sobre a acomodação. Fora a lavandeira que pagamos para usar e a secadora não funciona direito, a máquina não lava também.

Pros:

朝食は付けてなかったので分からない。ロケーションが最高で便利。時間が無くて移動は全てタクシーを使ったので交通の便はあまり詳しく分からない。周りにコンビニが沢山あったのが便利！

Cons:

廊下の音や声が驚く程よく聞こえて、夜遅くにエレベーターを使って帰ってくる人の話し声やドアを閉めるドタバタした音がうるさ過ぎて何度も起こされた。それさえ無ければ泊まるだけなら満点に近いホテルかも。
