Cons:

The place is very outdated. Room walls had lots of marks and scratches. Furniture was old. On the last day we found a cockroach in the room. Laundry room is outside the hotel.

Pros:

房間內全面禁煙，所以不會有煙味殘留在家具和寢具上這點很好，館內有自助販賣機跟製冰機，樓下隔壁就是LAWSON，晚上回來要買點心回房吃很方便，離電車站出口很近，交通方便，入住後我有加購早餐，可以自己選喜歡的料做海鮮丼飯，很好吃。

Cons:

冷氣不能自己調溫度，是全館統一管理，對溫度很敏感的人要特別注意。房內桌上的檯燈罩很大一個，時不時會不小心打到。

その気はなくてもマナーの悪い客を選んだのはホテルの経営方針
Pros:

スタッフが親切。

Cons:

2Fに行くとき、階段を上ろうとしたら、20人以上の外国人の方たちが階段に座っていて
嫌そうによけて、全身を下からジロジロ見られて、とても気分が悪かった。
数年前に泊まって、とてもよかったので、今回も予約したが
あんなにマナーの良くないお客がいるなら考え直したい。

一泊してゆっくり帰宅
Pros:

なんと言っても迷うことなく駅に近くて！日比谷線と有楽町線とどちらにも便利でした！

Cons:

夜中に！大声で話しながら通路を歩いてる方が多かったのでよく眠れなかった。

最寄り駅から近く、隣に小さいながらコンビニもあったため、とても利便性が高いと思いました。
東京駅から比較的近く、行きやすい場所でしたので、この時の旅程からするといい立地で程よい金額で宿泊ができて助かりました。
