The staff in the kitchen is kind and good service, hotel requieres maintenance and updates for mattress and ac.
Pros:

The breakfast service was really great, the place was safe and the common áreas well kept

Cons:

The Room was not having maintenance, the mattress you could feel the springs, the AC was so old that make the noise of a plane turbine, the room was not clean for the next day either. We have a room that was the triple deluxe that was not fully like the pictures, we requested to be moved and they said the hotel was full.

Pros:

The room was neat. The staff was very helpful - Thank you Mr. Anuj.
The hotel is close to the station & quite near to all the main attractions.
Please have breakfast here-very yummy and filling- before you step out for sightseeing.

Pros:

This hotel is located in a really convenient place: there is a grocery store nearby by, as are there eateries. Some of the staff, especially those who manage the restaurant, are very kind and helpful. The room itself is spacious, the air conditioning is adequate, and the internet is decent. There is enough storage to keep one's luggage.

Cons:

What I didn't particularly enjoy was the dust. However, I imagine there is nothing that could have been done, given the location. Similarly, one of the managers can be a tad bit pushy about signing up for their guided tours.
The hotel, from the outside, looks a bit shady (but the rooms are nice). So when I came in the evening, I was, initially, a bit skeptical. However, all the concern vanished once I saw the room.

La camera era esattamente come rappresentata dalle foto. Il bagno grande e pulito. Il ristorante dell’hotel è vario, noi abbiamo preso solo noodles. Tra le due notti si sono offerti di lavarci la stanza

Comfortable, clean and pleasant!
Pros:

Clean, nice breakfast area and friendly staff. The laundry service was amazing! The room was also very nice.

Cons:

There was a faint smell of gasoline in the room, but with some airfreshener it was good again.
