Pros:

The breakfast was great, the wait staff was a little pushy when asking for the breakfast voucher

Cons:

My room was designated from someone that’s handicap. I erase told that I couldn’t change it because I booked through a 3rd party. The room was dusty and not cleaned. I had to request new towels daily. Housekeeping would come in but only to pickup the old towels and bring new ones.

It was quite,relaxing and also comfortable
Pros:

I loved the bar and also the view from our room was amazing

The hot water takes a little long to kick to get a supper hot shower other then that I loved everything

Pros:

The lady at the front desk was so nice. Coffee in the lobby was nice and the fruit infused water was so good. The room was spacious and was super nice. Would stay here again

Horrible I will never book this hotel again and I warned my friends and family

Cons:

I didn’t like thy couldn’t find my reservation. I didn’t like I had to wait 40 minutes after check in time. My room smelled like piss. The covers had crumbs before we even put our bags down. And the wait time for the elevator was ridiculous.

It’s one of my good stays at a hotel
