Pros:

A few small issues but overall, a very nice stay.
Pros:

The pool, the beds, the TVs, the connectivity, plenty of space, the view. Nice staff. Good safe parking. Very clean and smelled good.

Cons:

The thermostat was difficult to control. No suitcase stands. After asking for linens to make up the sofa bed, we had to wait almost an hour. The toilet ran unless we shook the handle. Loose towel rack.

tolerable, but the night manager made it comfortable.
Pros:

The breakfast - which was not free to guests, was good. The night manager Shaniqua (?) was a delight!!! Very friendly - a born hostess! Give her a raise!

Cons:

The card reader on the door was not installed properly (husband is a master locksmith) and the door was hard to open. There was no instructions on how the shower worked. There was not a pad of paper or pen in the room.

Over priced, over rated! This situation did nothing to improve the Booking.com an Holiday Inn brands
Pros:

The Bar/Lounge was okay.

Cons:

The assigned room was not 100% ADA-compliant and was the farthest room from the elevators. The shower nozzle was installed too high, and there was no handheld extension device, causing water to dribble; the shower curtain was too short on one end, leaving the floor and bath mat wet. There are no hooks next to the shower/tub to hang towels. The toilet seat was loose. There was no blackout curtain over the window. The elevators were too slow; housekeeping used the customer elevators instead of the service elevator, causing further delay. Housekeeping disturbed me prior to checkout time. The lobby furniture was uncomfortable. There is no place to sit out front while waiting for transportation. At check-in, the front desk clerk claimed my special requests weren't delivered to the property, which was false. Booking.com is not accountable for these issues.
