My reservation was rescheduled reservation but they didnt see the rescheduled reservation even they approved the dates through the booking . we have the chat history . they charged me again , im still dealing with the getting my refund for the one they didnt see .

THE POOL IS FREEZING. COULD USE HEAT OR LARGER HOT TUB AREA. BREAKFAST WAS GOOD BUT SUPER CROWDED AND NEEDED REPLENISHMENT.

Great Beach Front Hotel with many Amenities
Pros:

This property is beautiful and the location is excellent! All staff were very friendly and helpful also. The hotel itself is kept very clean and tidy. It sits directly on the beach with a walkway down to the sand. Adequate pool and patio with a bar on site is really nice. Drinks were pricey but everything is these days! The breakfast buffet was very nice with plenty of waffle machines, fresh fruit and bakery, yogurt and good coffee and juices. The only statement I'll make is that every day the same omelet was offered and would have been nice to change that up a bit.
The room was clean and the beds were honestly some of the most comfortable I've slept on. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean which was awesome! Perfect and the view was wonderful. TV was huge, with a frig and microwave, coffee maker also in the room. Really it was great with the only complaint being that it is so humid there that everything is kind of damp and a bit sticky (don't know that it is the hotel's fault on that- it's the seashore). Their exercise room is beautiful with machines taking advantage of looking out over the beach. Full laundry room also available. Parking is $15/day, but it is nice, covered parking. All access to the hotel is secure and must swipe your room card to enter any of the doors. Towels for the pool are to be checked out daily and returned by 10 pm or there is a fee. The location is very very good. The hotel is across the street from eateries and near a Starbucks, Walmart and pizza place. Easy walking to all. Would definitely stay here again! Oh and this hotel accepts dogs! Saw lots so that is really great!

Cons:

Be aware that room cleaning is every other day which really is fine unless you got really dirty at the beach. Lobby is a pass through for many heading to the beach which is why I think it gets busy etc. Sun to pool is only in the am as the direction the pool is in the shade from about 1 pm on- not a negative unless you want to sun all day.

Overpriced and underwhelmed.

This property has instant beach access which was nice.

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing. Initially, we were assigned a room where the refrigerator was not functioning and leaking on the floor, and the television was also not working. We were subsequently moved to a different room, but this room had its own issues: the telephone was inoperable, and the air conditioning was leaking onto the floor, resulting in a wet carpet area for our entire stay. Additionally, the water to the toilet had been turned off for some reason, and we had to restore it ourselves. Overall, we were quite dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. While the beach access is excellent, the room issues significantly impacted our experience, for the price of this hotel and the issues we faced we would not recommend this property.

Great getaway, just need to do better to accommodate smokers.
Pros:

Room was excellent with the balcony. "Liz" who was at front desk was exceptionally helpful, kind and always with a smile.

Cons:

I definitely did NOT like area for smoking. I am a smoker and the only designated area was at the front of the hotel with a bench on the street. There was no place to extinguish cigarettes, ashtray or anything. Therefore, there were many cigarette butts on the ground. I have been other places where there was a nice place to smoke and put out cigarettes. I expect better from this hotel.

Overall, it was a great stay.
Pros:

Spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony.

Cons:

The breakfast was outstanding the first two mornings. It was cold the third morning. The eggs, sausage, and potatoes were all cold. I should have said something but did not.
