the hotel need more work to be 5 star

the pool is mixed and smoking people - breakfast good but there a guest come with not ethical clothes- the room the below not comfortable - when we ask for water long time to respond and bring water - no quran in the room and segada for pray - there is no pen and paper to write notes - the kettle not work

Pros:

Actually, the hotel’s location is perfect, and the room size was quite good. The breakfast was amazing, with excellent quality and a great variety of choices.

Cons:

I had booked a room on a high floor; however, upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the 4th floor because the higher-floor rooms were under renovation.
Furthermore, some of the hotel facilities, such as the steam room, were closed during my stay.
Apart from the above, everything else was perfect.
