Cons:

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The safety chain on the door was broken, the toilet water kept running continuously, and the curtain was torn. The room service menu was also extremely limited, as they had neither baked potatoes nor vegetable soup available. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and far below the standard expected from a hotel.

للأسف، كانت إقامتي في فندق سمفوني الكويت لمدة ثلاثة أيام تجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا تتناسب إطلاقاً مع تصنيفه كفندق خمس نجوم.

منذ لحظة الوصول، لم أشعر بمستوى الخدمة الذي يفترض أن يقدمه هذا التصنيف. اضطررت إلى حمل حقائبي بنفسي حتى الغرفة دون أن يعرض أي من موظفي الاستقبال أو الخدمات المساعدة، وهو أمر لا يليق بفندق خمس نجوم.

الغرفة لم تكن عازلة للصوت، وكانت أصوات الغرف المجاورة تُسمع بوضوح، مما أثر على الراحة والنوم. كما أن مستوى النظافة كان دون المتوقع، والفراش لم يكن بالمستوى المطلوب، وقد عانيت من حساسية شديدة خلال فترة إقامتي.

الديكور والأثاث بديا بسيطين للغاية ولا يعكسان مستوى فندق فاخر، كما أن بعض المستلزمات الأساسية مثل مياه الشرب لم تكن موجودة داخل الغرفة واضطررت لطلبها بنفسي.

كذلك، كانت الإجراءات الأمنية مبالغاً فيها إلى درجة جعلتني أشعر وكأنني في مكان يخضع لقيود كثيرة، بدلاً من أن أشعر بالراحة والضيافة التي يبحث عنها أي نزيل.

أما بالنسبة لمواقف السيارات، فقد اضطررت طوال فترة إقامتي إلى استخدام مواقف المول ودفع رسوم إضافية، ولم يخبرني الفندق بوجود مواقف خاصة به إلا في آخر يوم، ومن خلال موظف المواقف وليس موظفي الفندق، وهذا يعكس ضعفاً في التواصل مع النزلاء.

وعندما طلبت في اليوم الثاني إلغاء بقية الحجز بسبب عدم رضاي عن مستوى الخدمة، تم رفض طلبي دون تقديم أي حل أو محاولة لمعالجة المشكلة.

أكتب هذا التقييم بكل حيادية ومن واقع تجربة شخصية، وأتمنى أن تأخذ إدارة الفندق هذه الملاحظات على محمل الجد، لأن الفندق يمتلك موقعاً جيداً، لكنه بحاجة إلى تطوير كبير في مستوى الخدمة، والنظافة، وتدريب الموظفين، والاهتمام براحة الضيف حتى يستحق فعلاً تصنيف الخمس نجوم.

للأسف، لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه في الوقت الحالي، خاصة مع وجود خيارات أخرى أحدث، وأنظف، وتقدم خدمة أفضل في الكويت.

It was a great stay specially the breakfast buffet. Amazing stay!

Love the ambience of the room facing the sea.

Cons:

There are no available meds like Panadol or any quick relief meds incase of emergency as I called the reception.
Also, would be better if there is a place for soap and shampoo inside the shower room as I have to place it on the flooring.
