I would recommend it if there is no other option

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. Despite having a confirmed reservation, upon arrival I was initially told by a front desk employee that the hotel was fully booked and that no room was available for me. However, after I asked to speak with the manager, the same employee checked again and suddenly informed me that a room was available. The front desk employee was also not welcoming or friendly, which made the arrival experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.

During my stay, the toilet suddenly started making unusual noises, and a large amount of foam came out and spread across the bathroom floor. I slipped because of the wet and foamy floor. Fortunately, I was not seriously injured, but this was a serious maintenance and safety concern.

A significant amount of my stay was wasted waiting for the maintenance issue to be resolved, and I was unable to properly enjoy my visit or make full use of the room I had paid for. Considering the time lost due to a maintenance problem that was not caused by me, I believe that extending the check-out time would have been a reasonable and fair way to compensate for the inconvenience.

I also contacted the hotel regarding my experience and concerns but did not receive a response. Overall, the combination of the unwelcoming front desk service, the bathroom maintenance issue, the time lost during my stay, and the lack of response from the hotel made this a very disappointing experience. I expected much better service and guest care from a hotel of this standard.
