Pros:

Goede ruime kamers, met een comfortabele douche en ligbad!

Cons:

Bed was verouderd, ik lag in een kuil.
Schoonmaak zou beter mogen. Stoffig in de kamer.
Vleeswaren en kaas niet gekoeld bij het ontbijt. Geen eieren aanwezig!
Wij hadden helaas de pech dat er een groot feest (Festa Major) op het plein aanwezig was, waardoor wij geen oog dicht hebben gedaan door de kei maar dan ook kei harde muziek. Wij lagen aan de voorzijde van het hotel. Houd hier rekening mee als je boekt in het hotel!

Calm, elegant, peaceful and well done
Pros:

The design of the hotel is elevated and well done. Its a quiet hotel and perfect to rest, relax and recharge. The woman on reception is very willing to go the extra mile and has been able to give me an early check in during both stays.

Cons:

The top floor rooms are smaller than the wonderfully spacious lower floors.

Es molt cèntric

Cons:

L'habitació es molt petita, el llit es petit 150cm, hi ha poquiissima llum, no li donaria més de 3 estrelles. Preu/qualitat desorbitat a un lloc com Vilafranca

Està perfectament ubicat aprop de tot. El fiseny de l'interior és elegant i tot molt ben cuidat. És un espai molt agradable. L'habitació perfectament cuidada, neta, còmoda i tot equipadíssim. El personal va ser molt amable en tot moment. Sen's va fer curta l'estada.

Cons:

Hi havia un sistema de llums que ens va costar entendre, en algun moment no sabiem encendre-les i apagar-les pero finalment funcionaven.

La situació i l'atenció del personal (molt amable).

Cons:

Cal fer reparacions. A la nostra habitació hi havien interruptors de la llum i el monocomandament de la dutxa trencats. També hi havien taques d'humitat al sostre. Els elements de disseny son poc pràctics, en general. Hi ha alguns textos en castellà i anglès, però no en català (la llista de preus del minibar, per exemple).
