Hotel President Budapest, Affiliated by Meliá

予約の名前が全く違っており、説明に随分時間がかかってしまった、スタッフの対応も雑でとても冷たい感じだった
しかも海外では良く有るのかエレベーターが途中から故障して4階だったので大変だった
次は選ばない
今回泊まったハンガリーとイタリアのホテル共に宿泊者の登録名が全く違っていた
これはホテルのせいでは無いと思う⋯

A klíma a szobában. Egyszerűen nem tudtam kezelni, de ez is inkább generációs probléma.

L’habitació sense finestres i amb un a/a que a part de no refredar feia molt soroll encara que estigués parat. M’ha costat tres dies amb febre al tornar.

Nos alojamos en régimen de desayuno y cena y no lo recomiendo para nada. El Desayuno está muy bien, es tipo bufet y con mucha variedad, pero la cena es un desastre. Se cena en el bar del hotel y son dos entrantes, cada día los mismos, cinco principales y dos postres, también siempre los mismos. Todo muy básico y te cansas de cenar siempre lo mismo. De eso tienes que escojer o un entrante y un principal, con lo cual te quedas sin postre, o si quieres postre solo puedes escojer un plato. Al final solo cenamos allí tres días porque el domingo tardaron dos horas y media en servirnos unos sándwiches de pollo y nos fuimos sin que nos trajeran el postre porque ya estábamos hartos de esperar. He de decir que la camarera se disculpó y nos dijo que las bebidas, que no entran en la media pensión, esa noche corrían por cuenta de la casa. El resto de los días cenamos fuera y perdimos la cena.
La nevera no funciona, lo que te obliga a estar comprando agua continuamente si la quieres beber fría. Hablando con otros huéspedes del hotel descubrimos que no solo era la nuestra, sino que no funciona ninguna. El baño es muy pequeño. Nosotros cogimos una habitación triple, y aunque la habitación era grande, el baño es minúsculo y con solo un estante pequeño bajo el espejo, que también es minúsculo, con lo cual no puedes dejar tus cosas de aseo allí. Ya para una persona es pequeño, así que para tres ni te cuento..

I was there for 4 nights , 1 lift was broken the entire time . The fridge in the bedroom did not have a cooling function . I had to move 2 times before the room was satisfactory, Rm 106 had a strange smell and Rm 701 did not have lift access , did not have a window that opened and did not have plugs or lights near the bed . The breakfast was fair , the juice was not fresh , the fruit was like rocks .
For the eclipse I went to the roof terrace , the terrace was so disappointing, it was sparse of furniture ,certainly not somewhere to revisit .

Холодильник не работал неделю в номере

Boendet annonserar med AC, vilket de har, men den fungerar tyvärr inte. Poolen är täckt och därmed oanvändbar.

The room was small for the size of bed and there was too much furniture with the desk and drawers. Te wash basin stand corners are chipped and the doorpost to the bathroom needs attention the paint is bubbling, The Air Conditioning wasn't very effective but it we really enjoyed our stay here.

The shower overflowed drain blocked

Having aircon was lovely but it wasn’t the strongest so we did struggle a little (but we were also there in the heatwave!)

Jsou to jen maličkosti. Nezkazily mi radost z pobytu.
Při rezervaci hotelu chyběly informace o polopenzi, konkrétně se jednalo o večeře a způsob jejich podávání. Nejednalo se o bufet. Dostali jsme menu a z něj si každý mohl vybrat dva chody. Na dva dny jsme si vybrali, ale být tam týden, nevím, co bych si vybrala další dny. Pití si k večeři logicky platíte - jen bych u polopenze nečekala, že si budou automaticky účtovat spropitné. Ráda bych o tom rozhodla sama - spropitné dávám a ráda, když je zasloužené.
Uklízečky, prosím neignorujte cedule "Nerušit", které se dávají na dveře.
