Nonostante tutto, un buon soggiorno

L'Hotel è in ottima posizione, vicino al parlamento ed altri monumenti nei dintorni, è tranquillo ma non c'è un ristorante proprio della struttura, è convenzionato con un bistrò, il cibo buono ma poco e con una scelta di pietanze limitata. Quando sono entrata in camera sembrava di entrare in un freezer, il climatizzatore a palla sui 15 gradi e quando ho fato presente la cosa alla reception, mi ha risposto di aprire la finestra che dava su un salotto di accoglienza, neanche fuori, così entrava il caldo, Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo.

Staff couldn't care less.
Bathroom sink unit was extremely poor, sharp edges, lot of water damage. They have roof top terrace advertised on room card. Couldn't get to it in advertising times. They on reception explained how to get to it. When we went back the same people said oh it has been closed for 4 months the bar, but you can get to the terrace. We went 3 times but the lift was off. The front desk had no interest. It is a nice building but have been to many hotels in Budapest and I wouldn't recommend this one.

Я вже не вперше зупиняюся в цьому готелі й щоразу обираю номер тієї самої категорії, хоча їх розташування буває різним. Цього разу номер мені особливо сподобався: просторий, світлий, із двома вікнами, що виходили на вулицю, а не у внутрішній двір, як під час мого попереднього візиту. Попри це, вночі було досить тихо. Після того, як минули спекотні дні, я навіть спала з відчиненим вікном.
Також номер був добре звукоізольований — сусідів я взагалі не чула.
Сніданки хороші та різноманітні, завжди є з чого вибрати.

Cons:

У номері 217 варто замінити матрац, оскільки з одного боку він уже помітно просів, через що спати було не надто комфортно. Втім, завдяки тому, що ліжко було king-size, мені вдалося знайти зручне місце для сну.
Також у ванній кімнаті не працювала електрична розетка. Складно сказати напевно, але схоже, що в ній залишилися фрагменти зламаної вилки. Не знаю, чи може це становити ризик з точки зору електро- та пожежної безпеки, проте рекомендую, щоб технічна служба перевірила розетку 220 В у цьому номері.
Крім того, бажано замінити тумбу під умивальником у ванній кімнаті. Її поверхня сильно розтріскалася та зношена, що дещо псує загальне враження від номера і не відповідає рівню готелю.
