Die Lage war top. Mit dem Auto sind auch zahlreiche Parkplätze verfügbar. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich.
Frühstück ist halt Geschmackssache. Für mich war es eher... Naja... Verhungert bin ich jedenfalls nicht.
Und der Schall im Hof kann etwas nerven wenn angetrunkene Mitbewohner des Hotels ihre Lautstärke nicht im Griff haben

Номер типу Класичний - не відповідає заявленим зіркам, тому що помешкання старе , без ремонту і вже видно що зачухане все в номері. Сніданок скудний
The location is great - very central, so easy to reach everything by foot
The room was not clean - walls dirty, scratched, even after cleaning the room every day the coffee was not being refilled. Also at the time there was a conference happening right outside our door as the room was facing the inner courtyard. We couldn’t even open the blinds as people were staring right into our room. Worst part - the staff did not warn as that this will be happening and after complaining said that it’s only for one day. Yeaaah… not rea, as the next morning same thing was happening. We complained about this and wanted to change rooms - they offered us a room in a different area, but the room was even worse - definitely not the quality we were paying for. So we kept the old one and hoped for the best.
The location can hardly be better, and the price is quite reasonable for a hotel in the centre of a European capital.
The staff at reception was friendly.
The rooms are in need of some renovation. The beds are too soft and the climatisation system does not work that well so the temperature in the room is either unpleasantly warm or unpleasantly chilly with not much in between.
I had a room facing inward, which is not such a big deal given the price. What did bother me though is that staff were making noise downstairs (probably dragging trash bins across the stone floor at ground level) at 6 a.m. This is unacceptable.
The breakfast buffet had quite a large selection but none of it looked or tasted particularly fresh.
The hotel has a great location near the Stephans cathedral and is only 15 minutes walking distance from the parlament. Breakfast was very good, personal friendly and the rooms clean.
Die Lage vom Hotel
Das Personal hat die Übertragung der Gäste Namen nicht übertragen trotz Info an Hotel. Dadurch wurde das 2. Zimmer nicht richtig angelegt und einiges kam durcheinander. Das 2. standardzimmer war sehr klein.
Beide Zimmer wurden nach der ersten Nacht trotz Schild raushängen nicht gemacht.
Die Buchung des Transfers vom Flughafen wurde mit 68€angeboten aber zu ihrem Umrechnungskurs abgerechnet.das gleiche beim Transfer zum Flughafen.es wurde auch nicht das größere Fahrzeug gefahren sondern das zu 55€, abgerechnet aber 68€.
Rechnungen wurden auch auf falsche Person ausgestellt und zimmerpreis wurde gar nicht mit aufgeführt.

Molta calor a la habitació.
La cafetera no funcionava. Bany amb poca llum, una tira led fosa. Habitació una mica petita.

Att takterassen inte var öppen och att det inte fanns en pool,fastän det stod i bookings information!

Det saknades pool som det stod vid bokningen att det skulle finnas, dock stängd sedan 2 år! Takterrassen var stängd pga renovering!
