A piscina é boa,o apartamento tem umas áreas simpáticas.
A cozinha é muito mal equipada, frigorífico muito pequeno,poucos utensílios,o facto de só darem uma chave do apartamento também não se entende,o exterior do apartamento um pouco sujo.

La ubicación perfecta y el personal muy amable.
En la habitación había una bombilla colgando del techo con los cables por fuera y un boquete en el techo, el tocador tenía “cosas” pegadas (suciedad). Pedimos un apartamento para 4 personas, 2 adultos y dos niños, en la descripción del apartamento ponía que había dos camas y un sofá cama, el sofá cama era una cama de 70cm. No nos pusieron toallas, tuvimos que bajar a pedirlas, en la terraza una mesa con una sola silla ( todas las terrazas que veíamos tenían mínimo dos ) las sábanas no eran de la medida de las camas, se quedaban como a un cuarto por la parte de los pies dejando el colchón al descubierto. Pensábamos cenar una noche en el restaurante del hotel pero estaba cerrado.
La amplitud de la habitación, el colchón y las almohadas.
No te ofrecen wifi y no llega el internet a las habitaciones
Ruidos y jaleo de la piscina, durante las horas de descando de la siesta ( 15:00/17:00 ) y por las nonches hasta algo más de media noche .

Gostámos muito da Dona Eugénia que foi uma simpatia e uma profissional excecional connosco
Quando chegámos houve logo problemas com a reserva, pois a que tinha sido feita por mim não correspondia ao vosso registo interno, o numero do quarto não era o mesmo.
No dia seguinte, às 11h o telefone do quarto toca, a minha mulher atende e era uma funcionária vossa a dizer que tinhamos que sair das instalações, uma vez que só tinham o registo de que a reserva seria só de uma noite, o que não era verdade, pois a reserva estava de 5ª a sabado. A vossa funcionária acabou a conversa dizendo apenas que sim, e que tinha visto mal.
E para finalizar, no sabado de manha acordo com um/a colaborador/a vosso/a a fechar a porta do quarto, ou seja, teve a liberdade (acho de lamentar) de entrar no quarto quando eu estava deitado com a minha mulher. Uma atitude péssima da vossa parte, atitude essa que vai ficar registada, pois vou fazer uma reclamação por escrito. Achei de lamentar n ter privacidade e n ser justificado tal falta respeito sendo que apos ver as critcas positivas ter de escrever e apresentar o meu descontentamento total.
