Great always
Pros:

All was good -- I have been a regular customer to the hotel. The staff is really good -- The front staff manager Anand was very helpful. The service is the restaurant was great - a few of them went out of their way to serve us for breakfast because we a bit late -- 10.05am (had to go for prayers and come back). They still accomadated us.



Location was good.

Cons:

Only small observation -- sometime in the room they do not replensh the Soap dispenser in the bathroom fully,

Very luxurious hotel with great food options. Staff are very attentive. Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Hotel room was very spacious and clean, also very modern. Breakfast buffet and room service food options were really tasty for the South Indian options. Staff were very nice and attentive, my mother is a wheelchair user and the staff would always be helpful in wheeling her to the breakfast area or car park. The staff made the experience 10/10.

Mix of pleasant and unpleasant

All was well during my stay; however, I would like to provide feedback regarding an incident that occurred during check-out.

Unfortunately, I did not manage to obtain the name of the staff member who attended to me at the counter. I believe she would benefit from further training on how to communicate with guests professionally and respectfully.

While I was checking out, a male friend arrived to pick me up. We were asked to sit while the account was being finalized. The staff member then approached us and asked whether he had stayed together with me in the room. I found this question highly inappropriate and offensive.

If clarification was required, the question could have been phrased professionally, for example: “May I confirm whether you stayed alone throughout your stay?” Instead, the manner in which the question was asked felt accusatory and made assumptions about my personal situation, which affected my dignity as a guest.

According to the booking records, the reservation was clearly made for one person. You may verify this from your system. At check-in, I provided only my passport, and as per Indian regulations, identification would have been required for any additional guest. Therefore, it is unclear why such a question was directed at me.

This situation arose after an error was made on your side regarding additional charges, for which I was informed a refund would be processed. Being asked personal and presumptive questions in relation to this matter was unacceptable and unnecessary.

This incident unfortunately overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I hope the management will address this matter seriously and provide appropriate staff training to ensure future guests are treated with professionalism, respect, and sensitivity.
