Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the activities we had planned. The hotel was clean, our room was cozy, the staff was helpful and friendly. Love the amenities and the box of items you forgot toiletries. The restaurants on property. It was a great stay. Thank you.

צוות המלון אדיב ויודע אנגלית ברמה שמספיקה לתקשורת, עזרו עם שליחת המזוודה
החדר היה נקי, המיקום מעולה!! 8 דק הליכה מתחנת שיבויה, אבל עדיין באזור שקט יחסית אז אין רעש

Compacte maar comfortabel kamer en badruimte, met z'n tweetjes voor 6 nachten goed gehad. Prima locatie, een wandeling van 10 minuten naar Shibuya station door winkel centrum, dicht bij trein en metro aansluitingen. Ontbijt elke ochtend keuze uit 4 menu's, geen buffet, maar wel lekker japans en westers

Cons:

Badruimte en zeker japanse maat wc pot wat klein voor iemand van 2 meter. Maar zou mij een volgende keer niet weerhouden.

Pros:

Loved, loved their pillows. I was scared they would be uncomfortable because many complained but for me they were exceptional! Loved the free amenities, good coffee

Location was ideal if you want to be in the thick of it. Hotel room was tinny even for a central city location in our opinion, you could just about fit
Into the bath room. The rooms were very dated. If we ever went back to Toyko we would not stay in central Toyko and would tube, bus train in in.
