Boutique friendly hotel in an excellent location. Ideal for exploring Shibuya.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very well equipped with everything you could need if you’d forgotten it on your trip.

Cons:

Rooms were a little on the small side and there were 3 of us.

Pros:

たまたまダブルのようで　タオル等2枚あったので便利でした。スタッフは良かった。

Cons:

朝食はトーストにしたがバターがフォークで溶けてもいないので塗りにくかった。ジャムもフォークで塗るしかなかった。トイレは少し古め。
時計の目覚ましは設定出来なかった。充電がしやすい環境が欲しかった。

Fantastic location and the staff was lovely

Cons:

The restaurant below the hotel made the room smell like cooked food. Inside the hotel, the rooms were dated, but everything was fine overall.

It was dirty room when we enter the room i found 3 nails on the carpet and bunch of red hair. Old hotel with dirty carpet on corridor 4th floor.
