Everything was ok in general.
We have an issue with water supply in our room it was absent and when I turned to the reception woman to understand when the issue could be resolved, she was so unpleasant to give any information regarding this issue.

Full value for money
It is a bit far from the center of Agrigento, but for those who have a car there is no problem, there is free
parking.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Es ist sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch mit der Bahn von Catania aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Eigene Parkplätze auf dem Gelände. Alles sehr sicher. Die Hotelanlage hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Garten und liegt sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß, geräumig und werden täglich gereinigt. Alles super.
Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, ist das Frühstück, das weit hinter unseren Erwartungen blieb. Der Kaffee aus den Automaten ist schlecht und die Speißenauswahl viel zu gering. Wenn Speisen leer waren dauert es zu lange bis wieder aufgefüllt wird. Für ein Hotel dieser Klasse war das Frühstück nicht gut. Der Rest aber alles sehr gut und schön.

La chambre était propre et confortable.
Camere molto spaziose e abbastanza pulite, staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona colazione. Parcheggio vicino alle stanze.
Le camere non hanno nessun armadio, solo un appendiabiti. Per chi soggiorna per diversi giorni è molto scomodo dover tenere sempre tutto in valigia.
La camera al piano terra nell'edificio della reception era disturbata dal rumore della sala colazione al mattino e poco isolata dal rumore delle camere adiacenti.
La zona dove è situato l'hotel è in mezzo al nulla, c'è giusto un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. Non lo consiglierei a chi non ha un auto a disposizione.

Esperienza deludente. Non essendoci una hall/sala comune per sostare, avevamo chiesto la cortesia di poter accedere in anticipo alla camera spiegando la necessità di preparare un lavoro per un concorso ma la richiesta è stata respinta con un atteggiamento indisponente da parte del personale della reception. Alla fine ci è stato concesso di rimanere all’interno della struttura nella sala colazione ma l’atteggiamento del personale è stata la nota più dolente.
Comfort e Privacy inesistenti: La camera, oltre a mancare della necessaria riservatezza, era rumorosa a causa dell'affaccio diretto su una trada trafficata che ha reso impossibile il riposo.
L’igiene della camera si è rivelata abbastanza carente. È inaccettabile trovare diversi insetti all'interno della stanza. Gentilissima invece la signora che si occupava della colazione/sala. Colazione buona e abbondante. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sproporzionato per il servizio offerto.
