It is so old, not taken care of hotel, was even a bit nasty. Did not expect it from Ibis / Accor group. Ibis was always trustworthy thing to stay for a night or a few, but not this time. It was smelly, room was fool of ants, when asked about early bird breakfast was told we could have a coffee and that is all. Paint was off, tiles were off, bad smell next to the room.. Vibe of bad old motel, not hotel :(

Good breakfast buffet, staff was helpful and friendly with recommendations around Acireale.
The first room we were given had a very strong chlorine smell. The second room had a 20cm long mould stain on the wall by by the window. While I appreciate that the staff offered alternative rooms straight away, it is not great to offer those two rooms to guests to stay at in the first place.

Il soggiorno è andato bene in tutti i suoi aspetti. Posizione dell'hotel molto comoda, struttura moderna e accogliente; staff cordiale, gentile e competente; colazione molto varia e buona con prodotti di qualità per poter soddisfare i gusti di tutti; camera pulita e confortevole con parcheggio all'esterno della stanza.
