Great hotel with easy access. Will definitely stay again if you plan to be in Tokyo downtown
Pros:

Great hotel 5 min walk to Tokyo station. Breakfast buffet was nice, wide rooms, friendly staff. Easy access. Great to be your hub while being in Tokyo; convenience store next to it.

Convenient for one night
Pros:

Excellent location, very clean hotel and great staff

Cons:

There are no windows, or rather they face a brick wall so it’s a little claustrophobic even if the rooms are an ok size. The pillows aren’t great.

An uncomfortable bed
Pros:

A good shower. British news on the TV

Cons:

The mattress was very hard so my wife did not sleep very well. Also the air conditioning was very cold and we could not change the temperature so we had to switch it off which made the room stuffy. The room was too small for 2 people.
