Friendly staff, easy check in, convenient location. Room was larger than expected for Tokyo at this price
Bed was a little on the hard side, but this is personal preference and it was still fine.

ホテル自体は相当前からあると思われるため、壁紙がない部分は傷が目立つことはありましたが、壁紙やベッド、水回りはリニューアルされていて清潔感があり、4泊しましたが快適に過ごせました。
また、毎日の清掃もキチンとされているのも良かったです。
壁が薄いのか、周辺の部屋の音が聞こえたのが少し気になりましたが、許容範囲内だと思います。

Location was great.
The hotel is a bit outdated, it is difficult to deal with the moisture in the room. The breakfast selection was rather limited.

Brilliant location, super close to shinjuku and loads of great restaurants and attractions. The bed was comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our bag at the airport and the staff were so kind and contacted us when the airport finally delivered it to the hotel.
The rooms were small, but this is usual for Tokyo.
