Pros:

Great location and super helpful staff! English was proficient enough to help with check in, check out, and other things like Takkyubin luggage sending service

Cons:

The smell of cigarettes wafting through the hallway and central system through to our room was really unexpected and not great as we have asthmatic people in the party. We had a no smoking room but were not aware that other rooms allowed smoking - and we all know how smoke lingers.. we had to request for some room spray

Pros:

朝食込みで安く利用できた。

Cons:

コインランドリーが2つしか無くて洗濯から乾燥まで2時かかるとのこと。夕食後のチェクインたったため翌朝6時頃ランドリーを見に行くとどちらも使用中でチェックアウトの時間までに終了できそうになく断念。近くにコインランドリーはあると聞いたが台数が少ないことが残念に感じた。

Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei per un viaggio a Tokyo
Pros:

Camera piccola ma strutturata bene, ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Colazione buona e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Parlano inglese.
La posizione è ottima, si trova a shinjuku con accessibilità a tutto velocemente ma è fuori dal caos, golden gai a due passi 😊
