Disappointment
Pros:

It was great for day trips because it was close to the train station.

Cons:

The hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was very small—even though it was a double room—and I couldn’t even find a place to unpack my single suitcase. It hadn’t even been cleaned properly when I arrived. I asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, but the strands of hair—whether from the previous guest or the cleaning staff—were still there. I don’t know when the hand mirror had last been wiped down, but there were fresh greasy smudges on it. At breakfast, the glasses were smudged every morning, and the trays were stained and sticky. The promised selection of free evening snacks and drinks was very limited. Overall, even though the staff was friendly, everything else was a huge disappointment.

Short, sweet and convenient
Pros:

Location, friendly helpful front desk staff. The airport train station underneath the hotel perfect and easy. Breakfast burgers were delicious.

Great location and amenities in Hakata
Pros:

Excellent location very close to Hakata station and all the shops there. The room.was a good size with a comfortable bathroom, including a tub for those who want a bath. The garden terrace was an unexpected but amazing addition, with free snacks and drinks available so you can sit and enjoy some relaxation in the evenings. The staff was.helpful and friendly as well.

Cons:

The air conditioning in our room was not very strong, and there seemed to be a lingering smell of stale cigarettes. Maybe just a filtration issue for the smell, but in the depth of summer the lack of strong air con was definitely an issue some nights.
