落ち着けたホテルでした
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとてもよかった

Cons:

アメニティがもうちょっと多ければよかった。有料でも良いので欲しかった。検索しないとアメニティに関するものがなかったので部屋に紙で案内が欲しかった

快適なホテル
Pros:

台風の影響で飛行機が欠航になり
急遽宿泊することになりました
スタッフの方の笑顔で迎えられとても気持ちよかったです
高齢の両親を連れていた事もあり、隣同士のお部屋にして頂くなど、スタッフの方の優しさを感じました
お部屋も快適、立地もバツグンでまた利用したいです

Thank you for providing the shower chair in the shower room.

Cons:

The bath tub is very high for me, had to put in hard work to get into the bath tub and getting out of it. There is no grab bar to hold onto when getting in & out. It's unsafe as one could slip and fall.

Convenient location.
Pros:

Extremely good location as it's directed connected to hakata station. It has Lawson and surrounded by shopping malls. Free evening soba and drinks. Free breakfast for all.

Cons:

The room is really small for 2 pax. Unable to open up luggage fully. Feel abit cramp for 2 pax. Breakfast queue is insanely long if you come after 830am.
