博多駅から直ぐだったので立地条件は最高です！また梅雨時期だったので雨の心配もあったながら〜空港線地下鉄から直結だし、駅周辺で遊ぶには、傘も持って行かなかったので良かったです。

A good place to explore Fukuoka.

Pros:

Location perfect for travelling on trains and subway. In fact, the lower ground floor connected with subway.

Huge selection of Japanese eateries within few minutes walk of hotel, and within Hakata station.

Cons:

Buffet breakfast was included in price but we skipped it for some days. Not very interesting food and very busy with Chinese and Taiwanese tourists. As it only opened at 7am there was a daily bun fight at opening with those catching early tourist buses. Expected a better breakfast for such an expensive hotel

Choice of Eco Clean where they leave a bag of clean towels outside room every afternoon. We suggested they leave tea, coffee, and creamers as well. They eventually grasped this concept.

Very small room, though this is common in Japan. My side of double bed could only be reached by crawling from bottom of bed. Not ideal at age 70.

2026/6/18上午負責櫃台接待的一名''外籍女性''，對外籍旅客的態度很敷衍，令人感覺非常不受到尊重！提前到飯店需要寄放兩箱大行李，卻只說一句「No check in time」，然後就沒有理我們了??? 直到我們繼續詢問寄放行李的資訊，才說「Passport」要求我們提供護照，全程溝通僅用兩句話打發我們。相較當她接待日本客人時，態度好到不行，令人懷疑飯店外籍員工是不是有種族歧視? 我認為這不是在接待大量國際旅客的飯店員工應有的態度。
