An experience and a half but great place
Pros:

My first time staying in Auckland city I thought I would of loved it but the city life is just not for me. It was a cool experience though, I'd never do it again. But this place was awesome. The staff are 10/10

Cons:

PARKING!! Omg I didn't think about the parking I had to pay $100+ for 2 nights parking at Wilson parking just down the road. There might of been cheaper options somewhere else but it was just easy to get to Wilson.

Pros:

Location was great. Walking distance to most amenities. Grocery store, liquor store and chinese takeaway at the entrance.

Cons:

No parking. Although there were Wilson Parking nearby, 49 Simmons St opening hours are Mon-Fri, 6am-9am, Sat-Sun 7am-5pm. A 7 day pass was $120. But arriving outside those hours risk being locked out AND after getting is, you risk getting locked in, as egress is through main gates only.. Recommend going with 100 Wakefield Road, also Wilsons, but closing hours are extended. Use Parkmate App for vehicle numberplate registration for 7 day pass. Rookie mistake.

Excellent staff very friendly, environment was overall great other users very polite and friendly as well.
Pros:

Well organised except we had no plug for dishes, tea towel and bust pan and shovel. But otherwise great.

Cons:

Flooring is cold, bad draft coming from the windows(Cold) and under main door.
