Good location for traveling by public transportation
Pros:

View with a car park disappointed me at first but got better at night being able to see the tower in Ordori Park. Staff were nice and kind. Lounge access was good too.

Cons:

Staff don’t speak good English except for one person. Staff are not always at the reception so I had to wait for them to show up. The room is tiny.

Not delivering to potential
Pros:

Location very good. Underground access to jr station. Evening lounge access.

Cons:

Room size too small for 3 people and 3 beds. Advertised as standard triple but was actually a 2 bed room with an added slightly smaller bed as the third bed. Meal option early morning was an overpriced buffet in the same building. Housekeeping made mistakes twice in our room with missing pajamas and a missing flashlight . No public bath or onsen.

Pros:

部屋はとても綺麗だった。荷物を置ける場所がフロントの近くにあり、とても助かった。

Cons:

部屋がかなり狭かった。キャラーケースを広げると道が塞がれてしまいまたぐ必要があり大変だった。また浴槽の匂いがかなり気になった。嗅ぎ慣れない匂いが充満しており、部屋を変更してもらうか検討するほどだった。

great location, comfortable bed. walking distance to main shopping, plenty of eateries and easy access to the train station

Cons:

having been in rooms of similar size, everything felt more cozy than described - especially the entryway into the rest of the room. haven't had as much difficulty squeezing luggage in rooms of similar size
