チェックインの際に、フロントの外国人のスタッフさんが、会員登録をすることでラウンジが利用できると説明いただき、よりホテルでの滞在を楽しむことができました。また、朝食が非常に人気のホテルなので、朝食の混雑予想時間や、開始時刻など丁寧に説明いただき良かった。

Perfectly located and courteous staff
Pros:

Great breakfast and very courteous staff. I liked how close this hotel is to the city and the subway station. By the way, best the subway station is the best place for food. I didn't realize until the end of my trip that there is a huge food hall beneath the subway station across the street. Of course, the hotel itself is positioned above another section of the food hall. When it rains, you can walk underground straight from the hotel to the station without going outside.

Cons:

The room was very cramped, albeit the staff was courteous enough to have all 3 of us sleep in our own twin beds. It just felt cramped for 3 people.
