Straight forward stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, walking distance from Sapporo station and easy to find.

Cons:

The beds were quite hard and the room was smaller than I had expected for the price.

地點方便 房間整潔 入住跟退房在機器使用上都很方便
Pros:

1. 地點非常非常方便 就在札幌南口站前 大丸百貨正對面 甚至可以直接從地下道通到飯店 不過因為會經過一小段半層樓台階所以建議還是先搭電梯到地面再到飯店
2. 入住跟退房都使用機器辦理 很快速方便
3. 房間整潔 空間規劃好 也有行李架 雖然不大 但仍夠讓兩位房客展開行李
4. 早餐好吃

Cons:

1. 早餐取餐區跟座位區狹窄 動線混亂 如果在熱門時間吃早餐可能需要稍微等待
2. 因為入住辦理主要都是機器 所以櫃台人員的介紹變得很簡單 我買了早餐但沒特別跟我說早餐位置 我後來自己去問的

札幌駅にとても近い。共有スペースは新しくおしゃれ。部屋のドライヤーもRefaでよかった。

Cons:

水回りなどのお部屋の設備がちょっと古く、改善の余地があると思った。

Insgesamt empfehlenswert, allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eher auf der teureren Seite.
Pros:

+ Top-Lage: direkt am Bahnhof und an der Haltestelle des Chiba-Airport-Busses (1500¥, Zahlung mit IC-Karte möglich).
+Der Eingang befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Station. Achtung: Bei Google Maps ist der Eingang falsch eingezeichnet.
+Der englischsprachige Mitarbeiter war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
+Gepäck kann am Tag nach dem Check-in kostenlos vor Ort gelassen werden. Dafür muss lediglich die Kreditkarte eingescannt werden – es entstehen keine Kosten.
+Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden und können mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden.
+Frisch renovierte, für japanische Verhältnisse relativ geräumige Zimmer.
+Der Aufzug führt ins Untergeschoss, von wo aus es eine direkte Verbindung zur Bahn gibt.
+FamilyMart direkt um die Ecke und Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Cons:

-Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Nachbarn waren häufig durch die Wände zu hören, ebenso das Housekeeping beim morgendlichen Staubsaugen.
-Eine komplette Zimmerreinigung wird nur alle drei Tage angeboten.
-Leider habe ich nach dem Housekeeping mehrfach schwarze Haare auf den Handtüchern oder meiner Bettdecke gefunden. Da ich selbst blonde Haare habe, war das besonders auffällig.
-Die Beleuchtung im Bad eignet sich überhaupt nicht zum Schminken.
-Der Bettbezug ist etwas unpraktisch: Unter dem Bettbezug liegt noch ein separates Laken und der Bezug verrutschte ständig, sodass ich häufig direkt die Bettdecke in der Hand hatte.
-Die anderen Mitarbeitenden waren weniger aufmerksam und mussten bei Anliegen direkt angesprochen werden.

Pros:

チェックイン前とチェックアウト後にセルフクロークを利用できるのはとても便利でした。
また、駅近で滞在するのに必要な設備が一通り揃っており不便を感じませんでした。
快適に過ごせるホテルのため、機会があればまた利用したいと思ってます。
