The gentleman on duty when checking in was exceptionally kind and caring.

Cons:

Well the pillows were terrible. You need to have a variety of pillows. I need a soft one and all 8 pillows were big and hard.

It was decent stay other than what I said above staff was great cleanliness was great lots near by options it was quiet

Laundry room and bathrooms and rooms very clean.

Cons:

Where it’s located several people people walking around did drugs or something
No towels insufficient lots people complaining they didn’t have towels
Oven was out service not many hot breakfast options
Never came cleaned the room or at least take the trash out
Charged me $25 extra per night for staying like deposit said I get back 2-10 days depending on bank

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. They gave a discount for the oven not working and when the TV wasnt working they were there in like 5 mins to fix it.

Cons:

The oven was broken for breakfast. The toilet had trouble flushing. The ac was leaking in the floor and carpet was wet.

The oven was broken so no breakfast as mentioned in the booking, there was cold cereal and little things. My family looks forward to the hot breakfast as it is nice to go down to the little kitchen area to have breakfast as a family instead we had to go out for breakfast with our family. Which the brea is included in the cost

I called ahead of time to make sure a pet could stay at the location, I was told yes. Got to the location 20 minutes later and was denied to stay with a pet. I was told I would get a full refund and they lied. Booking tried to assist but the location truly sucks! I’ve been call for a month and have been getting nothing but the run around. Booking tried calling on my behalf and was met with the same results. I would never recommend anyone stay at this location. Totally unprofessional.

Wasn’t the room that I reserved and paid for. I had reserved an upgraded executive suite. The keycard didn’t work and had to be replaced 4 times. The room had a moldy, musty smell. The was mold in the shower and a nasty, moldy big drain in the bathroom floor. Only half a roll of toilet paper . There were only 2 towels and when I requested more(there were 3 of us girls) I was told “they were out of towels”. There was a big clump of dark hair on the floor under the sink.
The window shade was broken. The room was dark and not enough bright lighting.
