Great location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere. The distinguishing feature of this hotel is the fabulous customer service -- Nikki (the guest embassador) and Maria (the breakfast attendant) are exquisite individuals who go out of their way to out of their way to make the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Good hotel with excellent staff. Service by Chris & Maria (chefs) and Maria front of house in morning was especially great.

My breakfast was amazing… And the chef, Sugar, and the other person, Maria could not have been nicer.

Our company booked the hotel for a meeting with the regional territory staff, about 20 people, and we were all impressed with the staff at the hotel. Erica at the bar in particular did a fantastic job helping us out in the evening and making us feel welcomed and comfortable. Rooms were clean and well maintained, with good in unit AC, hot showers, and comfy beds.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton during a layover, and overall had a great experience. As a flight attendant, I’m always looking for convenience and comfort, and this hotel delivered on both.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which makes a big difference after a long day of flying. The location is very convenient, especially for quick airport access, making it an easy choice for crew members or travelers on tight schedules.

The breakfast buffet is available for $12.95 and offers a solid variety to get your day started. It’s a nice, hassle-free option when you don’t have much time.

Overall, a reliable and comfortable stay with excellent service. I’d definitely return on future layovers.

I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Sugar during breakfast, and I can honestly say he made every morning so much better. His energy is always positive, and he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. What really stands out is how genuine he is , he doesn’t just do his job, he creates a welcoming and uplifting experience. Seeing him each day truly made my mornings brighter. If you get the chance to be served by Sugar, you’re in great hands.

This hotel is 5 mins from the airport, it’s clean, rooms are decent and clean. The bar is neat and has friendly service- a little small but it works!
The hotel itself is a little dated but works..
The breakfast Buffett is delicious- Sugar makes the best cheese grits and Erika is a ball of happiness for our mornings!

Everything we needed, and Chef Sugar made us delicious omelets made to our specifications for breakfast. He came out and asked us questions how we liked it- above and beyond. Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff. Highly recommend.
