Location was great, as we needed to be close to the airport but also we had restaurants around. The shuttle even took us 2 miles up the road to Lake Crabtree which is MUST! Shuttle drive Richard was absolutely amazing, so helpful. Front desk receptionist Nikki was an absolute angel! She was so helpful every time I bugged her with a question hahaha. So friendly. Selena worked the breakfast area and went out of her way to help me. Rooms are clean

Wonderful stay and genuinely enjoyed the breakfast and made to order omelet made by Chef Maria and served by waitress Maria!
Refrigerator was not cooling food/drinks alternative was to changes rooms. We declined because we had unpacked.

Great location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and a welcoming atmosphere. The distinguishing feature of this hotel is the fabulous customer service -- Nikki (the guest embassador) and Maria (the breakfast attendant) are exquisite individuals who go out of their way to out of their way to make the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The grits at breakfast were the best I have had….and that says a lot. Chef Sugar made them and even came out to visit with us.

Sugar and Marie and Erika were absolutely fabulous with their level of service, hospitality and most enjoyable, their cooking! I will come back and stay here in the future as I know they will welcome me back as family. The rooms, the generosity and accommodations from the minute we walked in were spectacular.
