Ok but not as nice as expected and expensive for what it was.

Cons:

Bathroom as not very clean. Ceiling was just painted plywood and looked awful and cheap. Curtains had stains on them. Just not as nice and clean as expected. Was ok for the 1 night we needed but expensive for what it was.

Very clean, alot of amenities. Staff was great. Room was spotless.

Cons:

Pool was not heated like I was told. Also my room had an adjourning room and I wish I was told this. Did not like this

Great location, very nice staff. I’d stay here again and would give it another try. I could have just gotten a bad room

Staff was nice, great location, facilities were clean and I loved the gym

Cons:

The rooms could have been much cleaner. I was surprised that the room wasn’t cleaner especially with it being a Marriott hotel.

Pros:

I loved everything except the way I was treated upon check in

Cons:

When we arrived the lady at the check in desk was very rude. Not what I expected from Alfot
There was a conflict about the total amount and the way my husband and I were talked to was beyond me. Hopefully management can go back to the time I checked in and see who was working and coach that staff member a little more on what it means to work in customer service

Clean, nice, close to venue/restaurants, get rid of the keycard for lights and put in ice machines.
Pros:

It was very clean, staff is friendly, rooms were large. I liked the location. It was near the music venue and there were many interesting restaurants in the area all within walking distance.

Cons:

I did not like the key card turning on and off the lights. “I need to use the restroom. Better not forget my keycard.” It was strange to me.

In addition, I don’t like that you have to go downstairs in the common area to get a bag of ice. Put an ice machine at least on every other floor. Every hotel I’ve ever been to has an ice machine. I’m surprised they didn’t charge for it. Everything else except coffee cost money. As much as the room costed, they could at least offer free breakfast.

The view, dry bar products provided

Cons:

Front desk woman was very rude to me. She saw me at one point waiting at the sliding doors yet she waited several minutes to let me in. My room was by an elevator so it was very noisy..I asked to switch rooms and was ignored.
