Over all great stay
Pros:

Great location, facilities and comfort

Cons:

On the Friday Saturday it got really busy and wait times for the lifts were a little (very) excessive.

Pros:

The place was nice, mostly clean and spacious. Some dust was found in some areas but mostly it was ok, and one of the covers in the bathroom's drawers came off..but it could be put back on.

Cons:

You don't have Netflix at the cinema and their system doesn't connect to your phone via the code. Both I and one of the staff members have tried multiple times, yet still didn't work. So you are a bit stuck to choose from their own lost of movies. They will look into it.
Also the tv in the bedroom didn't work to turn on properly - you could hear the sounds, but no images and the remote didn't work to change the channels/volume.

Brilliant will definitely return
Pros:

The location was great. No need to get the car out. Apartment was clean and tidy. View was amazing.
I would recommend to my friends and would absolutely stay again when needing to visit the Gold Coast

Great spot!!
Pros:

Level 31 - what a view!!! Awesome holiday spot - close to the centre of the GC. Heaps of food choices and entertainment options. Supermarket right downstairs. Close to the tram, buses, ferry’s and easy access for Ubers or taxi’s. Good facilities - pools sauna gym. Room was very comfortable and perfect for a couple of family. Bedroom 2 doesn’t have a door so if you need privacy it would be a little tricky. We would recommend it and we would stay again!!
